بررسي جو آموزشي خلاق از نگاه دانشجويان تربيت بدني دانشگاه شهيد بهشتي تهران

A Survey of Creative Educational Climate from the Perspective of Physical Education Students of Shahid Beheshti University of Tehran

هدف از اين تحقيق، بررسي جو آموزشي خلاق از نگاه دانشجويان تربيت بدني دانشگاه شهيد بهشتي تهران بود. روش تحقيق، توصيفي- تحليلي از نوع پيمايشي بود. جامعه آماري، كليه دانشجويان تربيت بدني دانشگاه شهيد بهشتي تهران بودند (295 دانشجو) كه با توجه به جدول مورگان 167 پرسشنامه در بين دانشجويان پخش و از اين بين 148 پرسشنامه به محقق برگردانده شد. از پرسشنامه استاندارد براي گردآوري اطلاعات استفاده شد و در تجزيه‌وتحليل داده ها از روش‌هاي آمار توصيفي و آزمون كولموگروف اسميرنوف، تي مستقل و تحليل واريانس در سطح معناداري 05/0?= استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد از ديد و نگرش دانشجويان، مولفه هاي بحث و مباحثه، آزادي و فرصت دادن به ايده ها به‌ترتيب در رتبه هاي اول تا سوم قرار دارند و مولفه هاي خطرپذيري و چالش در رتبه هاي آخر از ده مولفه تاثير گذار بر جو آموزشي خلاق قرار گرفته اند. در بخش آمار استنباطي تحقيق، نتايج آزمون تي مستقل نشان داد تفاوت معنا داري بين نگرش دانشجويان مرد و زن به جو آموزشي خلاق وجود ندارد (955/0=sig). به‌طور كلي نتايج نشان داد كه مولفه هاي خطرپذيري و چالش از ديد دانشجويان در جو آموزشي خلاق در رتبه هاي پايين قرار گرفته است كه توجه مسيولان آموزشي و استادان را به اين مسيله مي طلبد.

This study aimed at surveying creative educational climate from the perspective of physical education students of Shahid Beheshti University of Tehran. The descriptive-analytical method was used in this survey. The statistical population consisted of 295 physical education students of Shahid Beheshti University and according to Morgan table, 167 questionnaires were distributed among them and 148 questionnaires were returned to the researchers. A standardized questionnaire was used to collect the data. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics and K-S test, independent t test and ANOVA were used (?=0.05). The results showed that from the studentsʹ perspective, discussion and debate, freedom and proposed ideas occupied the first to third place respectively, and risk taking and challenges were the last out of the ten factors influencing creative educational climate. In inferential statistics, independent t test results showed no significant differences between the perspectives of male and female students on creative educational climate (sig=0.955). Overall, results showed that risk taking and challenges factors were placed in the lower positions from the studentsʹ perspective on creative educational climate and educational authorities and professors should consider this issue.
