دشمن‌شناسي و نقش آن در تعالي سازمان‌هاي حفاظتي

Knowing enemy and its role in excellence of security organizations

يكي از عوامل موثر در خنثي‌سازي تهديدها و هجمه‌هاي اطلاعاتي و امنيتي دشمنان، شناخت دقيق هدف‌‌ها، برنامه‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ها و حوزه‌هاي فعاليتي آن‌هاست. انسان تا دشمن و برنامه‌هاي او را نشناسد، هرگز قادر نخواهد بود براي مقابله با آن برنامه‌ريزي و اقدام نمايد. نيروهاي نظامي و انتظامي جمهوري اسلامي ايران و كاركنان ايثارگر آن، از هدف‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌هاي پايدار دشمنان بوده كه لازم است با درايت انقلابي و نصب‌العين قرار دادن تدابير داهيانه فرماندهي معظم كل قوا مورد صيانت قرار گيرند. در اين پژوهش، محقق با تاكيد و بهره‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌گيري از رهنمودها و هشدارهاي بنيانگذار كبير انقلاب اسلامي(ره) و رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامي حضرت امام خامنه‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌اي(مدظله‌العالي) به‌دنبال تبيين عوامل موثر بر شناخت دشمن و نقش آن در اثربخشي ماموريتي و تعالي سازمان‌هاي حفاظتي است. بر اين اساس، سوال‌هاي اين تحقيق عبارت‌اند از؛ دشمن‌شناسي چه نقشي در تعالي و اثربخشي ماموريتي سازمان‌هاي حفاظتي دارد؟ شيوه‌هاي نبرد با دشمن به چه صورت است؟ نقش كاركنان حفاظتي در مقابله و خنثي‌سازي تهديدهاي دشمنان كدام است؟ اين تحقيق از منظر بهره‌برداري كاربردي، از‌نظر روش اجرا توصيفي و جمع‌آوري داده‌ها به روش كتابخانه‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌اي انجام شده است.

One of the effective factors in neutralizing threats and intelligence attacks of enemies is exact knowing of their purposes, programs and areas of activity. Until human has no knowledge about enemy and its programs, it is impossible programming and doing to competition against it. Armed forces (military forces and the police) of Islamic republic of Iran and its dedicated staff are permanent purposes of enemies that it is necessary, they protect by revolutionary tact and following of intelligently acumens of supreme leader all forces (supreme leader). In this study, the researcher with emphasis and utilizing from guidance and cautions of the great founder of Islamic Revolution (PBUH) and supreme leader , Imam Khamenei (under Godʹs protection) want to explicate effective factors, affecting on knowing of enemy and its role on mission effectiveness and excellence of security organizations. Studyʹs questions on this basis include: what is the role of knowing the enemy in excellence and mission effectiveness of security organization? What are the methods of battle against enemy? What is the role of security staff at competition and neutralizing of enemy threats? The goal of this study is applied and the method of research here is descriptive and collecting data were done by library method.
