نقش شيوه‌هاي استفاده از فضاي مجازي در آگاهسازي حفاظتي كاركنان ناجا (مورد مطالعه: فرماندهي انتظامي تهران بزرگ)

Studying Role of Methods in using Virtual Space in Protective Informing of the Personnel of Disciplinary Force of the Islamic Republic of Iran( case study : Police command of great Tehran ( FATEB))

آگاهسازي حفاظتي كاركنان ناجا از عمده‌ترين مباحث مدنظر مسيولان ساحفاناجا مي‌باشد. گستردگي حوزه‌هاي مختلف ماموريتي ناجا و طيف وسيع مراجعان به يگان‌هاي ناجا، باعث گرديده كه كاركنان در معرض انواع تهديدها و آسيب‌پذيري‌هاي امنيتي و غير امنيتي قرار گيرند. ساحفاناجا به‌عنوان سياستگذار آموزش‌هاي حفاظتي كاركنان درصدد مي‌باشد تا با بهره‌‌گيري از شيوه‌هاي نوين ارتباطي در فضاي مجازي، موضوع‌هاي آگاهسازي را براي كاركنان تبيين نمايد. در اين تحقيق سعي داريم ضمن معرفي اين شيوه‌ها، بهترين بازدهي را از روش‌هاي مزبور با بالا‌ترين كيفيت و كمترين كار بيهوده، داشته باشيم. اين تحقيق كاربردي و به روش توصيفي تحليلي از نوع پيمايشي مي‌باشد. گرد‌آوري اطلاعات به روش اسنادي و توزيع پرسشنامه با يك سوال باز، پنج گزينه‌اي ليكرت محقق گرديده است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شامل كليه فرماندهان و مديران فاتب و مربيان آگاهسازي حفا فاتب و همچنين كارشناسان فاتب كه در به‌كارگيري شيوه‌هاي استفاده از فضاي مجازي در امور آموزشي تخصص داشته، مي‌باشد كه حجم نمونه به تعداد 168 نفر انتخاب و پس از توزيع پرسشنامه، تعداد 160 پرسشنامه جمع‌آوري و داده‌هاي حاصله براساس نرم‌افزار spss تجزيه و تحليل و نتايج به‌صورت توصيفي و استنباطي با رسم جداول و نمودارها ارايه شده است. نتايج به‌دست آمده حاكي از آن است كه چهار فرضيه اين تحقيق مورد تاييد قرار گرفته است؛ يعني بين استفاده از متن‌هاي الكترونيكي، پيام‌هاي صوتي، پيام‌هاي تصويري و سامانه‌هاي چند رسانه‌اي در فضاي مجازي و آگاهسازي حفاظتي كاركنان فاتب رابطه معني‌داري وجود دارد. از طرفي بهترين روش براي آگاهسازي حفاظتي كاركنان فاتب، استفاده از سامانه‌هاي چند رسانه‌اي و پيام‌هاي تصويري در فضاي مجازي است. پيشنهاد‌هاي اين تحقيق در دو بخش اجرايي و پژوهشي ارايه شده كه استفاده از پيام‌هاي تصويري و چند رسانه‌اي براي آگاهسازي و گسترش شبكه اينترانت ناجا، از جمله پيشنهادهاي اجرايي است. همچنين انجام تحقيقات مشابه در ساير يگان‌هاي ناجا و انجام تحقيقات درباره ميزان اثربخشي روش‌هاي سنتي و نوين آگاهسازي، از جمله پيشنهادهاي پژوهشي اين تحقيق به‌شمار مي‌رود

The issue of protective information of the personnel IRI. Disciplinary Forces (Police) is one of the main issues that concerns authorities of Intelligence Service Organization of Police Department. The expansion of different mission areas of IRI. Disciplinary Forces and large number of clients who refer to the police departments exposes staff and personnel to different types of security and no-security threats and vulnerabilities. The Intelligence Office of Police, as the policy maker authorities in teaching protection education to the personnel tries to use modern communication methods in virtual space to provide its personnel with informative subjects. In this research, we try to introduce these methods and offer the best outputs of the mentioned procedures with highest quality and least idle work. The research is applied in type and is presented in descriptive- analytical methods, as carried out in surveying method. Data was collected via literature review and distributing Likert-style questionnaires with an open question and five closed questions as developed by the researcher. The statistical society of this research included all commanders and chiefs of FATEB, the informative instructors of intelligence office of FATEB and the experts of FATEB who had specialization in employing virtual spaces in teaching affairs. The size of the sample was 168 individuals. After distributing the questionnaires, 160 of them were collected and the data was analyzed via SPSS software. The results have been presented in descriptive and inferential method by drawing tables and diagrams. The results showed that four hypotheses of the research were approved; that is, there are significant correlation between using electronic texts, SMS, pictorial messages and multi-media portals in virtual space, and, protective information of FATEB personnel. On the other hand, the best method in protective information of personnel of FATEB was chosen to be multi-media portals and pictorial messages in virtual space. The suggestions of the research are presented in both executive and research areas. Using pictorial and multimedia messages for information and expansion of intra-net network of Police are the executive suggestions and performing similar researches in other units of Police and studies on the effectiveness degree of traditional and new methods of information are among the research suggestions of this research.
