طراحي و تدوين نظام نامه ي اخلاقي اعضاي هيات علمي تربيت‌بدني و علوم ورزشي ايران از ديدگاه دانشجويان

Identification and Codifying Ethical Standards for Iran faculty Members of Physical Education and Sport Sciences from the student perspective

چكيده هدف: هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر،‌ طراحي و تدوين نظام‌نامه ي اخلاقي اعضا هيات علمي تربيت‌بدني و علوم ورزشي ايران از ديدگاه دانشجويان بود. روش‌شناسي: جامعه آماري تحقيق را دانشجويان رشته تربيت‌بدني سراسر ايران به تعداد 15 هزار نفر تشكيل داده‌اند. به منظور استفاده از نظر همه ي اقشار دانشجويي كشور،‌ تصميم گرفته شد تا تعداد نمونه بيشترين حد ممكن در نظر گرفته شود و محققان (1018=n) پرسشنامه را بر اساس روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده جمع‌آوري نمودند. ابزار اندازه‌گيري پرسشنامه محقق ساخته 41 سوالي بود كه داراي مقياس پنج ارزشي ليكرتي بود. به منظور توصيف آماري داده‌ها از شاخص‌هاي توصيفي همچون ميانگين و انحراف استاندارد استفاده شد. براي تعيين عامل‌ها از روش تحليل عاملي اكتشافي،‌ براي تاييد مدل ارتباط سوالات با عامل‌ها و عامل‌ها با مفهوم نظام‌نامه اخلاقي از تحليل عاملي تاييدي، تحليل وضعيت سوالات از آزمون t تك نمونه‌اي و در نهايت براي اولويت‌بندي سوالات و عامل‌ها از آزمون فريدمن استفاده گرديد. يافته‌ها: با استفاده از تحليل عاملي اكتشافي 32 سوال از طريق مولفه‌هاي اصلي همراه با چرخش واريماكس مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. اين سوالات در 6 عامل فعاليت‌هاي گروهي 131/13،‌ صداقت گفتاري و رفتاري 793/12،‌ وظيفه‌شناسي 577/11،‌ رفتار حرفه‌اي 576/9،‌ تعهد علمي- پژوهشي 779/8 و مسيوليت مالي 699/7 قرار گرفتند كه توان پيشگويي سوالات بر اساس مجموع واريانس‌ها،‌ برابر با 555/63 درصد مي‌باشد. پايايي عامل‌هاي پرسشنامه بين 73/0 تا 88/0 و پايايي كل پرسشنامه 84/0به دست آمد. در خصوص رابطه سوالات با عامل‌ها،‌ تمامي سوالات داراي رابطه معناداري (96/1±T value) با عامل خود داشتند. در خصوص آزمون خوبي (نيكويي) برازش،‌ نسبت2x به df برابر 84/3 و ريشه ميانگين مجذور خطاي تقريبي RMSEA برابر با 053/0 به دست آمد. همچنين تمامي عامل ها با مفهوم نظام‌نامه اخلاقي رابطه معناداري (96/1±T value) داشتند. نتيجه‌گيري: تدوين اين نظام‌نامه اخلاقي كه برخاسته از آموزه‌هاي ديني و فرهنگ ملي است مي‌تواند راهگشاي جامعه علمي ورزش ايران باشد. واژه‌هاي كليدي: نظام‌نامه اخلاقي، اعضاي هيات علمي، تربيت‌بدني و علوم ورزشي

Abstract Objective: The aim of this study was identification and codifying Ethical Standards for Iran faculty Members of Physical Education and Sport Sciences from the students’ perspective. Methodology: Statistical population of this study involved 15 thousand students of Physical Education throughout Iran that 1018 students were selected randomly. Measuring instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire, including 41 questions in five-value Likert scale. The data analyzed by Exploratory factor analysis used to determine factors. Factor analysis approach used to approve the model by determining relationship between questions with factors and factors with ethics Standard. Single sample t-test was used for analyzing the status of questions. Finally Freidman test was used for prioritization of questions and factors. Results: Using exploratory factor analysis 32 questions were confirmed by using varimax rotation. Furthermore, the questions set in six factors including, group activities 13.131, verbal and behavioral honesty 12.793, Deontology 11.577, professional behavior 9.576, scientific-research commitment 8.779 and financial responsibilities 7.699 in which predictive power of questions based on the total variance were % 63.555. Reliability of the questionnaire’s factors was between 0.73- 0.88 and total reliability was 0.84. Considering questions and factors, all of the questions had a significant relation with their factors (T value=1.96). Goodness-fit test showed that x2 / df ratio was 3.84 and RMSEA was 0.053. Also all the factors had a significant relationship with the concept of ethics standard (T value=1.96). Conclusion: Compilation of the ethical Standard which is derived from the religious principles and national culture can help the scientific community of physical education of Iran.
