تحليل روابط اقبال السلطنه، حكمران منطقه ماكو، با مشروطه‌خواهان و محمدعلي شاه در دوره مجلس اول

Analysis of the relationship of Iqbal Al-Saltaneh the Governor of Makou and Constitution a lists and Muhammad AliShah during the First House of Parliament

چكيده خاندان بيات ماكويي از زمان صفويه به منطقه ماكو كوچ كردند و، به‌تدريج، حكومت منطقه ماكو را به دست گرفتند. اقبال‌السلطنه ماكويي وارث اقتدار سياسي، نظامي و اقتصادي خاندان خود در ماكو شد. اوكه انقلاب مشروطه و اصلاحات حاصل از آن را پايان حكومت موروثي و مطلق خود در ماكو مي‌دانست، به مخالفت با مشروطيت برخواست و هواداران آن را به‌شدت سركوب كرد. دربار و ديگر مستبدين از اقدامات سركوبگرانه اقبال‌السلطنه در منطقه حمايت مي‌كردند. اگر در برهه‌هايي اقبال‌السطنه به مماشات با مشروطه‌خواهان اقدام كرد، حاصل سياست هماهنگ مستبدين براي تظاهر به مشروطه‌طلبي و فريب هواداران مشروطه بود. اين پژوهش، با روش توصيفي- تحليلي و بر پايه منابع كتابخانه‌اي و آرشيوي، به تبيين اين مسيله پرداخته است. هدف از اين مقاله بررسي مخالفت اقبال‌السلطنه ماكويي با مشروطه‎خواهان منطقه ماكو و نقش محمدعلي شاه در اين باب است.

Abstract Bayat Makuyi Dynasti from the Safavid era moved to Makou region and gradually took the power of Makou area. Iqbal al-Saltaneh Makuyi became political, economic, and military heir of his family in Maku. He regarded the constitutional revolution and reforms raised from it as the end of his hereditary and absolute power in Makou, and then he rose against the constitutional revolution and suppressed its supporters severely.The court and other autocrats supported the repressive measures of Iqbal al-Saltaneh in the region. If in some points of time Iqbal al-saltaneh went to appeasing the constitutionalists it was as the result of a coordinated policy between him and autocrats to pretend to be a constitutionalist to deceit constitutionalists.The present paper is using analytical method based on library and archive sources to explain this issue. The purpose of this paper is studying opposition position of Iqbal al-Saltaneh against constitutionalists in Makou region and Mohammad ali Shahʹs role in this issue.
