زبان و سياست؛ ابعاد عملي و راهبردي زبان در رهبري

Language and Politics: Pragmatic and Strategic Aspects of Language in Imam Khomeiniʹʹs Leadership in the Process of Islamic Revolution in Iran

انقلاب اسلامي در ايران با يك رهبري مذهبي تاثيرگذار به پيروزي رسيد. با توجه به اينكه رهبري انقلاب در تبعيد به سر مي‌برد و از همه امكانات رسانه اي و ارتباطي با مردم محروم بود، پيوند محكمي ميان رهبري انقلاب و مردم برقرار شد. اين مسيله در اين مقاله، مبناي بررسي نسبت زبان و سياست و كوشش براي تبيين جنبه‌هاي عملي و راهبردي زبان در رهبري امام در دوره انقلاب قرار گرفته است. در مطالعات نسبت زبان و سياست، دو رويكرد كلي سياست چونان امري به معرفت و نظر و سياست به مثابه قدرت و قلمرو عمل جمعي و در جهت حفظ يا تغيير وضع موجود حاكم است. در اين مقاله بر اساس رويكرد دوم و با استفاده از نظريه‌هايي كه در آن بر قابليت‌ها و كاركردهاي عملي، رسانه اي، شبكه اي و بسيج كننده زبان تاكيد داشته‌اند، ابعاد و كاركردهاي اثربخش و عملي زبان در انديشه امام خميني(ره) بررسي شده است. يافته‌هاي اين بررسي نشان مي‌دهد كه امام(ره) با داشتن تحصيلات تخصصي در سه حوزه عرفان، اخلاق و فقه و با توجه به طبقه بندي خاص خود از علوم اسلامي، بر عمل گرايي به عنوان مشترك اين سه حوزه تاكيد كرده و زبان را در راستاي عمل سياسي و انقلابي در اين سه حوزه به كار مي‌گيرد. بسيج گري، انتقادگري و مخالفت با وضع موجود و دعوت و برانگيختن مردم به تاسيس حكومت جديد، از ابعاد كاركردي زبان در رهبري امام است.

Islamic revolution realized in Iran under the leadership of a religious leader. Although the leader was in exile but he had strong connections with his followers despite his deprivation of communication means. This issue in this paper is the basis of reviewing the relationship between language and politics; so the paper tries to explain pragmatic and strategic aspects of language in Imam Khomeiniʹs leadership in the process of Islamic revolution. In the field of study of relationship between language and politics, there are two general approaches: politics as theory and knowledge and politics as power and the realm of collective action to sustain or to change the current situation. This paper, by focusing on the second approach and by using the theories of language competence and language pragmatics in the realm of media and in mobilization of mass, will try to examine influential functions and pragmatic aspects of language in Imam Khomeiniʹs thoughts. The findings indicate that Imam Khomeini as a scholar in mystics, ethics and jurisprudence and by his own classification of Islamic sciences introduced the pragmatism as the core of those sciences and used the language along political and revolutionary actions. Mobilizing the mass, criticizing and opposing the current situation and inviting the people to realize the Islamic state are among Imam Khomeiniʹs pragmatic aspects of leadership.
