رابطه چالش فساد اقتصادي با امنيت ملي و اقتصادي در جمهوري اسلامي ايران

The Relationship between Economic Corruption Challenges with Economic and National Security in the Islamic Republic of Iran

يكي از ابعاد اساسي امنيت، امنيت اقتصادي است، فساد اقتصادي و مالي در درون دولت ها باعث لطمه‌هاي جدي به شاخص هاي اقتصادي و ساختارهاي مرتبط با امنيت ملي گرديده و موجب پايين آمدن امنيت مي شود. گسترش فساد اقتصادي در جامعه موجب آشفتگي در توسعه سياسي، اجتماعي كشور و كاهش مشروعيت نظام سياسي گرديده و بر امنيت ملي جمهوري اسلامي ايران تاثير منفي خواهد داشت. هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي رابطه فساد اقتصادي و امنيت ملي جمهوري اسلامي ايران بوده تا ضمن نگرش علمي به اين مبحث، تصميم‌سازان و مسيولين امر را به هوشياري و توجه بيشتر به اين معضل جامعه امروز ما وادار نمايد. نوع تحقيق كاربردي و از روش توصيفي‌– تحليلي استفاده شده است. محققين در پي‌پاسخ به اين سوال كه چه ارتباطي بين فساد اقتصادي و امنيت ملي جمهوري اسلامي ايران وجود دارد پس از پرداختن به شاخصه هاي امنيت ملي و فساد اقتصادي از طريق مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي و استفاده از تحقيقات موسسات بين‌المللي لگاتوم و شفافيت، اقدام به تجزيه‌و‌تحليل داده هاي استخراج شده، از طريق آزمون اسپيرمن نمودند. سپس يافته‌ها و نتايج فرضيه تحقيق مبني بر «افزايش فساد اقتصادي در جامعه با ايجاد ناكارآمدي در توسعه اجتماعي و اقتصادي و تاثير گذاري منفي بر مشروعيت نظام سياسي با كاهش امنيت ملي ارتباط مستقيمي دارد»، را تاييد مي نمايد.

One of the main aspects of national security is economic security. Economic and financial corruptions within the governments cause serious damages to economic indices and factors related to national security and consequently incur security. The spread of corruption in iranian society causes consternation in the political, social and national security of the country and leads to the loss of legitimacy of the political system and, consequently, have negative impacts on national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between corruption and national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran, so that it could not only provide a scientific view to the topic, but also urge the decision-makers and authorities to pay more attention to this issue. This research is an applied one in which a descriptive-analytic method was used to analyze the data. Researchers were seeking to answer the question that” what is the relationship between corruption and national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran?”, and after preparing the relevant literature, data collecting process, determining national security and economic corruption indices through literature review and using other International institutions research, the obtained data were analyzed through the Spearman test . The results of the study confirm the hypothesis that " increasing the corruption in the society has a direct correlation with inefficiencies in social and economic development and negatively impacts the legitimacy of the political system and national security."
