Assessment of the Role of Urban Spaces Design Quality: Security Feeling on the part of Women in Narmak

هر فرد به دور از تمايزات جنسي، سني، سطح تحصيلات و... با حضور در عرصه شهر، در پي آن است تا به گونه اي برابر با سايرين به رسميت شناخته شده و از حقوق طبيعي يك شهروند برخوردار گردد. از جمله اين حقوق مي توان به مجال مشاركت در حيات روزانه شهر اشاره نمود. اين تجربه كه از طريق كنش هاي متقابل شهروندي و در بستر فضاهاي عمومي شهري صورت مي پذيرد؛ در شرايط كنوني شهرهاي ما به صورتي نامتعادل شكل مي گيرد. زنان بطور مكرر در بهره برداري از فضاها و اماكن عمومي محدوديت ها و ناسازگاري هايي را تجربه مي نمايند. بدين ترتيب، پژوهش پيش رو بر آن است تا با در نظر گرفتن ناامني به مثابه يكي از موانع حضور زنان در فضاهاي عمومي، تاثيرات شاخص ها و عناصر مرتبط با اين مهم را در نحوه حضور زنان در عرصه اين فضاها مورد سنجش قرار دهد. در راستاي انجام اين پژوهش بافت مسكوني نارمك به عنوان يكي از بافت هاي مسكوني پويا و فعال شهر تهران در نظر گرفته شده است. تا با بررسي نحوه حضور زنان در يكي از فضاهاي عمومي پرشور تهران، كاستي ها و عوامل موثر بر عدم امنيت آنان آشكارتر شود. لازم به ياد آوري است كه پژوهش حاضر در زمره پژوهش هاي تحليلي قرار مي گيرد. بر شيوه هاي Importance-) « نرخ اهميت- رضايت » پيمايشي (پرسشنامه) استوار بوده و تحليل اطلاعات با تكنيك صورت مي پذيرد. جامعه آماري در اين پژوهش شمار 50 نفر از زنان حاضر در (Satisfaction Analysis بافت مسكوني نارمك و با تكنيك نمونه گيري اتفاقي در نظر گرفته شده است. با توجه به بررسي زمان هاي حضورپذيري فضاهاي عمومي نارمك براي زنان، مي توان مقوله امنيت را در زمره مهم ترين موانع حضور شبانه روزي آن ها در اين دست فضاها برشمرد. تحليل شاخص هاي امنيت فضاهاي عمومي نارمك از منظرزنان حاضر در آن ها، نشان مي دهد كه رسيدگي به فضاهاي پنهان و زمين هاي باير، ارتقاي خوانايي و كاستن از حس گم شدن در بافت، ارتقاي نورپردازي محيطي، در نظر گرفتن تمهيداتي جهت ارتقاي حس تعلق و افزايش نظارت اجتماعي و تمهيداتي جهت كاستن از حضور موتورسواران و افزايش ساعات شلوغ و فعال نارمك مي توان به ارتقاي احس امنيت زنان ياري رساند. همچنين مي توان با آموزش هاي دفاع شخصي و بهسازي نماي ابنيه بر حس امنيت و حضور زنان در فضاهاي عمومي نارمك افزود.

Every individual, regardless of his/her gender, age, education, etc seeks equality in the community and looks for benefitting from normal rights of citizens. Among these rights is the possibility of contribution in the daily activities in cities. The experience which is the result mutual citizenship actions taking place in urban public places, at the moment has faced imbalance in our cities. Intending to benefit from public places, women face restrictions and experience some maladjustment. Therefore, the present research aims at taking into consideration insecurity as one of the impediments of women presence in public places, and assessing the impacts of the indexes and elements related to this issue on the manner of womenʹs presence in these places. To that effect, Narmak as one of the dynamic and active neighborhoods in Tehran has been considered. Having a glance at Narmak as one of the hectic public places, the researcher has tried to highlight the shortages and factors impacting disruption in security. It is noteworthy that the present research is of analytical type, based on questionnaire. The information is analyzed through using Importance –Satisfaction Analysis. N=50 including women living in Narmak selected through random sampling technique. With respect to the times that women can be present in Narmak public places, it can be concluded that the issue of security is one of the most important impediments ahead of womenʹs 24 hour presence in public places. Analysis of security indexes in Narmak from the Narmak women view indicates that attending to remote places and wastelands, improving urban signs assisting citizens not to get lost in the structure, improving lighting in the city environment, taking into consideration some arrangements to improve feeling on the part of women that they belong to this community, enhancing social surveillance, arrangements for reducing the presence of motorcyclists, increasing the duration of crowded hours in Narmak can be of great help to improve security feeling on the part of women. Self-defense training courses, improving the facing of buildings and presence of women in Narmak public places can enhance security feeling.
