ارزيابي سريع كيفيت آب رودخانه كسليان بر پايه شاخص زيستي هيلسنهوف (HFBI) در استان مازندران

The Study of Water Quality of Keseliyan River by HFBI (Hilsenhoff’s Family–Level Biotic Index) Method

رودخانه كسليان در استان مازندران واقع شده است و يكي از شاخه هاي پرآب رودخانه تالار محسوب مي شود. اين رودخانه از ارتفاعات جنوب شرقي پل سفيد از كوه سامان سي از رشته كوه هاي البرز سرچشمه گرفته وداراي جريان دايمي مي باشد. منبع تغذيه اصلي آن نزولات جوي بوده و در جنوب شرق به شمال غرب جريان دارد و پس از پيوستن به رودخانه تالار سرانجام به درياي خزر منتهي مي شود . در اين تحقيق به بررسي كيفيت آب رودخانه كسليان با استفاده از شاخص هيلسنهوف HFBI و شناسايي جامعه بي مهرگان كفزي در سطح خانواده پرداخته شده است اين مطالعه طي سال 1389-1388 با چهار فصل نمونه برداري در چهار ايستگاه به ترتيب در مناطق سنگده (ايستگاه اول و دوم ) و كسليان (ايستگاه سوم و چهارم ) صورت گرفت. بي مهرگان كفزي به وسيله نمونه بردار كمي سوربر جمع آوري شده و در آزمايشگاه توسط لوپ جداسازي و در سطح خانواده شناسايي گرديدند. به طور كلي كفزيان رودخانه كسليان از دو شاخه بندپايان و كرم هاي پهن شامل 2 رده 5 راسته و 20 خانواده تشكيل شدند كه حداكثر تنوع و تراكم در فصل بهار و حداقل تنوع و تراكم را در فصل زمستان در تمام ايستگاه ها نشان داد، همچنين ايستگاه سوم و اول به ترتيب داراي بيشترين و كمترين تنوع و تراكم بودند. كيفيت آب رودخانه كسليان براساس راهنماي كيفي آب هيلسنهوف براي تمامي ايستگاه ها با شرايط عالي ارزيابي شده است. در رودخانه كسليان دخالت هاي انساني از قبيل خاكبرداري، عمليات ساختمان سازي، تخريب نواحي كناره و پوشش گياهي آن، بيش از آلودگي آلي منجر به كاهش تنوع جمعيت بي مهرگان كفزي در اكثر نقاط رودخانه گرديده است.

Keseliyan River is located in Mazandaran province and it is one of the watery branches of Talar river. The river in the southeast of the heights of Mount Alborz originates from Saman C which is a constant flow of mix. Its main supply is of atmospheric precipitation and flows from the South East to North West joining River Hall Talar and finally leads to the Caspian Sea. In this research the water quality of Keseliyan river was analyzed using biotic index HFBI and the society of macroinvertebrates at family level was identified. This study took place during 2009 - 2010 with four sampling seasons in four stations of Sngedeh (stations I and II) and Kesilian (stations III and IV). sampling from macroinvertebrates was collected using Surbur quantitative sampler and it has been identified at the family level in the laboratory by using loop separation. Generaly, organisms in the Keseliyan river substrate are form 2 different groups as indicated: Arthropods, Flat Worms, which consist of 2 classes, 5 orders and, 20 families. they have the most variety and aboundance in the month Mar and Apr, In addition, they have systematically the are having least variety and aboundance in the month Dec and Jan as it has been detected during the sample taken at the time of test achivement. The result indicated that an arrangement of organisms of the most and the least variety and density is present in the third and first sampling station. The water quality from the Keseliyan river was of the best quality. human disturbances such as excavation, constructional operation, destruction of frenches decreasing zone and herbal covering in the stream were more effective than organic pollution on the macroinvertebrates diversity in on the most places in the stream.
