ارزيابي مولفه‌هاي موثر بر پدافند غيرعامل در ايستگاه راه‌آهن شيراز در برابر تهديدات هوايي

Assessment of Effective Parameters on Passive Defense at Shiraz Railroad Station Against Airborne Threats

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزيابي مولفه‌هاي موثر بر پدافند غيرعامل در ايستگاه راه‌آهن شيراز در برابر تهديدات هوايي، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. روش تحقيق مورد استفاده در اين پژوهش از نظر هدف، توصيفي؛ از نظر نتيجه، كاربردي و از نظر نوع داده، كمّي بوده است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق نيز متخصصان پدافند غيرعامل در حوزه راه‌آهن بوده كه تعداد آنها بالغ بر 100 نفر برآورد گرديد و بر اساس جدول مورگان، حجم نمونه برابر 74 نفر تعيين شد. ابزار تحقيق نيز پرسش‌نامه و مطالعات ميداني بوده است كه در بين تمام اعضاي جامعه نمونه توزيع شد. روش نمونه گيري نيز در اين پژوهش، روش نمونه‌گيري هدفمند بوده است. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه راهكارهاي: 1) پيش‌بيني پناهگاه دومنظوره جهت كاركنان و مسافرين؛ 2) ايمن كردن سالن مسافري و 3) ايجاد سامانه مديريت بحران، به‌ترتيب حايز بيشترين ميانگين نمره و رتبه در پدافند غيرعامل در ايستگاه راه‌آهن شيراز در برابر تهديدات هوايي شده اند.

This study was intended to evaluate the effects of passive defense parameters on passive defense at Shiraz Railroad Station against airborne threats. The research method used in this study, is descriptive in terms of objective , and applied in terms of results, and quantitative in terms of data. The target population for this study is the passive defense experts in the field of railways, whose number is estimated over 100 and based on Morgan Chart, the scope of sample was determined about 74 people. Research tool was field study and questionnaires distributed among all members of the population. Sampling in this study was of purposeful type. The results showed that the solutions of (1) anticipating dual-purpose shelters for staff and passengers, (2) securing passenger lounge, and (3) the creation of a crisis management system respectively received the highest average score in the passive defense of the railroad station in Shiraz against airborne threats.
