The Role of Information Technology Tools in the Relationship between Knowledge Absorption Capacity and Organizational Learning in Tehran Social Security Hospitals

مقدمه: امروزه تغيير مهمترين عاملي است كه سازمانها با آن مواجهاند و بايد خود را براي مقابله با اثرات آن آماده نمايند. افراد با توانايي و انگيزه بالا در كنار بكارگيري ابزارهاي نوبن فناوري اطلاعات، كسب و انتقال دانش در سازمان را تسهيل و يادگيري سازماني را بهبود ميبخشند. هدف اين مطالعه تعيين نقش ابزارهاي فناوري اطلاعات در رابطه ظرفيت جذب دانش و يادگيري سازماني در بيمارستان هاي تامين اجتماعي تهران بوده است. روش بررسي: اين تحقيق از لحاظ هدف، كاربردي و از نظر روش توصيفي- پيمايشي بود. براي جمع آوري داده هاي مربوط به تحليل فرضيه هاي Cronbach’s تحقيق، از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد كه روايي صوري آن به تاييد اساتيد دانشگاه رسيد و پايايي آن نيز با استفاده از ضريب كه 92 درصد بود، تاييد شد. جامعه آماري تحقيق مديران و سرپرستان بخشهاي اداري و خدماتي بيمارستانهاي تامين اجتماعي تهران در alpha و با استفاده از روش نمونهگيري سهميهاي، نمونه آماري به حجم 113 نفر Cochran پاييز سال 1393 خورشيدي بود كه بر اساس فرمول نمونهگيري تعيين و پرسشنامه بين آن ها توزيع شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل و آزمون فرضيه هاي تحقيق از روش هاي آمار استنباطي و به طور مشخص مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري استفاده شد. يافتهها: يافته هاي تحقيق نشان داد كه ظرفيت جذب دانش تاثير مثبت و معناداري بر يادگيري سازماني دارد و ابزارهاي فناوري اطلاعات در اين رابطه مي توانند نقش ميانجي داشته و آن را تقويت كنند. نتيجهگيري: بيمارستان هاي تامين اجتماعي با ارتقاي انگيزه و توانايي كاركنان، يادگيري سازماني را ارتقا و با بكارگيري ابزارهاي فناوري اطلاعات و روزآمد، سطح آن را بهبود و فرآيند يادگيري سازماني را تسريع خواهند بخشيد. واژههاي كليدي: دانش؛ يادگيري سازماني؛ تكنولوژي اطلاعات

Abstract Introduction: Today, the most important factor that organizations have encountered is Change that should prepare them to deal with the effects. People with high ability and motivation along with application of new Information Technology (IT) tools, Acquisition and transfer of knowledge are to facilitate and improve organizational learning. Aim of this research is to study the Role of Information Technology tools in the relationship between knowledge Absorption capacity and organizational learning in Tehran Social Security Hospitals. Methods: This research, in the base of method is descriptive-survey and in the base of goal is applied. To collect data on literature research studies such as library books and journals and to gather data for analysis of research hypotheses, the questionnaires were used that Its face validity was confirmed by professors and Its reliability (Using Cronbachʹs alpha coefficient: 0.92) was Confirmed. The population of the study was managers and supervisors of Tehran Social Security Hospitals that According to Cochran sampling formula and using quota sampling, sample size determination and 113 questionnaires were distributed among them. For analysis of statistical hypothesis testing, structural equation modeling was used. Results: The results indicate that the knowledge Absorption capacity has a positive and significant impact on organizational learning and information technology tools has a significant positive role in this relation. Conclusion: The Social Security hospitals promote organizational learning with incentives and ability of staff and improve and accelerate the process of organizational learning with Using updated information technology tools.
