بررسي رابطه بين سبك هاي رهبري مربيان، انسجام گروهي و موفقيت تيمي مطالعه موردي : ليگ دسته اول فوتسال استان مازندران

An Investigation of the Relationship among Coachesʹʹ Leadership Styles, Group Cohesion and Team Success: A Case Study of First Division Futsal League in Mazandaran Province

بررسي رفتار و سبك رهبري مربيان و تاثير آنها بر رفتار و انگيزش ورزشكاران، در بهبود روابط مربي و ورزشكار و اتخاذ تصميمات و برنامه‌ريزي بهتر موثر است. هدف از اين تحقيق بررسي رابطه ميان سبك‌هاي رهبري مربي و انسجام گروهي در ليگ دسته اول فوتسال استان مازندران است. جامعه آماري تحقيق، كليه مربيان و بازيكنان حاضر در ليگ دسته اول فوتسال استان مازندران هستند. 228 بازيكن و مربي شاغل در نوزده تيم از رقابت‌هاي ليگ دسته اول فوتسال استان مازندران، پرسشنامه مقياس رهبري در ورزش (LSS) چلادوري و صالح (1980) و پرسشنامه انسجام گروهي (GEQ) كارون، ويدماير و براولي ( 1985) در زمينه اندازه‌گيري ميزان انسجام گروهي در تيم‌هاي ورزشي را پر كردند. نتايج نشان داد كه رابطه مثبت معناداري بين رفتارهاي آموزش و تمرين مربي با انسجام تكليف وجود دارد. همچنين سبك‌هاي رهبري دموكراتيك و آمرانه رابطه معناداري با انسجام گروهي دارند. مقايسه سبك‌هاي رهبري مربي نشان داد كه مربيان بيشتر از سبك رهبري دموكراتيك و كمتر از سبك رهبري آموزش و تمرين استفاده مي‌كنند. در مجموع، يافته‌ها رابطه معناداري را بين انسجام تيمي و موفقيت تيم و مربيان تيم‌هاي موفقي كه ارايه‌كننده رفتارهاي آموزش و تمرين و دموكراتيك بالاتري بوده‌اند، نشان مي‌دهد. پيشنهاد مي‌شود مربيان سبك رهبري آموزش و تمرين، سبك حمايت اجتماعي و رفتار بازخورد مثبت را در تيم خود بهبود بخشند.

Abstract An investigation of coachesʹ leadership styles and their effects on athletesʹ behaviors and incentives can help improve coach-athlete relationship and adopt better decisions and planning. This study aimed at investigating the relationship between coaches’ leadership styles and group cohesion in first division futsal league of Mazandaran province. The statistical population consisted of all coaches and players in first division futsal league of Mazandaran province. 228 players and coaches in 19 teams of first division futsal league of Mazandaran province filled out Leadership in Sport Scale (LSS) by Chelladurai and Saleh (1980) and Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ) by Carron, Widmeyer and Brawley (1985) to measure group cohesion in sport teams. Results showed a significant and positive relationship between the coachesʹ training and exercising behaviors and task cohesion. There was also a significant relationship between democratic and imperative styles and group cohesion. A comparison of coachesʹ leadership styles showed that coaches used democratic style more and training and exercising leadership style less. Overall, findings showed a significant relationship between team cohesion and team success and the coaches of those teams who showed higher training and exercising and democratic leadership styles. The coaches are recommended to improve training and exercising leadership style, social support style and positive feedback behavior in their team.
