بررسي مشكلات استعداديابي فوتبال

A Survey of Football Talent Identification Problems

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي مشكلات استعداديابي در رشته فوتبال است. كليه مربيان تيم هاي پايه فوتبال ليگ آسيا ويژن استان تهران در رده هاي نوجوانان، جوانان و اميد جامعه آماري پژوهش را تشكيل دادند. نمونه آماري با استفاده از جدول مورگان 42 نفر انتخاب شد. به‌دليل نبود پرسشنامه استاندارد در اين زمينه، محقق با استفاده از نظر استادان تربيت بدني و علوم ورزشي و مربيان رده هاي پايه تيم ملي فوتبال، پرسشنامه اي به‌صورت مقياس پنج‌ارزشي ليكرت طراحي كرد، اعتبار صوري و محتوايي پرسشنامه را استادان تربيت بدني و مربيان فوتبال تاييد كردند و ضريب پايايي آن با استفاده از فرمول آلفاي كرونباخ 86 صدم به‌دست آمد. پس از دريافت اطلاعات از آزمودني ها، با استفاده از نرم افزارهاي Excel و Spss از طريق آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي (آزمون فريدمن) اطلاعات به‌منظور بررسي مشكلات استعداديابي فوتبال تجزيه‌وتحليل شد. نتايج نشان داد كه مهم‌ترين مشكلات استعداديابي در فوتبال به‌ترتيب عبارتند از: كمبود امكانات مالي و مادي براي استعداديابي فوتبال، نبود كميته هاي تخصصي استعداديابي در باشگاه ها، نداشتن برنامه اصولي براي استعداديابي فوتبال، آشنا نبودن با روش‌هاي علمي استعداديابي، و تربيت نكردن افراد متخصص در امر استعداديابي توسط سازمان هاي مربوط.

The aim of this study was to survey football talent identification problems. All coaches of the basic football teams of Tehran Asia Vision league in adolescent and youth classes formed the statistical population of this study. 42 coaches were selected as the sample based on Morgan Table. Because there was not a standard questionnaire for this scope, a questionnaire with 5-point Likert scale was designed using the viewpoints of physical education and sport sciences professors and the coaches of basic categories of football national team. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was verified by physical education professors and football coaches and the reliability coefficient was obtained to be 0.86 by Cronbach’s Alpha. After receiving data from the subjects, the data were analyzed based on descriptive and inferential statistics (Friedman Test) by SPSS and EXCEL in order to survey football talent identification problems. The results showed that the most significant problems for football talent identification were: a lack of financial and material facilities for football talent identification, a lack of specialized committees for talent identification in the clubs, a lack of a systematic program for football talent identification, a lack of familiarity with scientific methods of talent identification, a lack of training of experts by relevant organizations for talent identification.
