سنجش ميزان آگاهي عمومي ساكنان به حقوق و قوانين شهري نمونه موردي: محله‌ي عامري شهر اهواز

Measuring the Public Awareness of Residents about the Civil Rights and Regulations Case study: Ameri District in Ahvaz city

بالا بردن ميزان آگاهي عمومي ساكنان يك شهر نسبت به حقوق و قوانين شهري از جمله عوامل مهمي است كه براي رسيدن به يك شهر پايدار و مطلوب بايد به آن توجه كرد. آگاهي شهروندان موجب رسيدن ايشان به حقي است كه جامعه براي آنها در نظر مي‌گيرد. قوانين و مقررات شهري را مي‌توان به عنوان يكي از مهمترين نقاط اتصال بين مديريت شهري و شهروندان قلمداد نمود. به تعبير بهتر بازيگران عناصر اصلي مديريت شهري در پرتو قوانين و مقررات شهري ضمن تعريف نقش براي خود و ساير اعضا مي‌توانند شهروندان را در اداره‌ي امور شركت دهند. در اين پژوهش هدف شناخت ميزان آگاهي ساكنان محله‌ي عامري نسبت به حقوق و قوانين شهري است كه با استناد به داده‌هاي پژوهشي به توصيف ميزان اين آگاهي در بين ساكنان محله‌ي مورد نظر پرداخته شد. روش پژوهش به صورت توصيفي- تحليلي بوده كه با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS صورت گرفته است. و يك نمونه 370 نفري در بين ساكنان محله انتخاب و ميزان آگاهي در بين آنها مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد ميزان آگاهي از حقوق و قوانين شهري در بين ساكنان محله اندك بوده است. از سوي ديگر شاخص مذكور با جنسيت و فعاليّت شغلي ساكنان ارتباط معناداري داشته و ميزان تحصيلات و سن بر اين شاخص تاثيرگذار نمي‌باشند.

Raising public awareness of the residents of a city about the civil rights and regulations is the main important factors which should be considered for achieving a sustainable and desirable city. Citizensʹ awareness allows them to enjoy the rights which society has considered for them. civil laws and regulations can be regarded as one of the main connecting points between the urban management and citizens . In a better word, the main actors of urban management in the light of urban rules and regulations, while defining duty for themselves and other Users can participate citizens in managing the civil affairs. This study aims to understand the knowledge of Ameriʹs residents about the urban rights and regulations which based on the research data, the awareness level of people among the residents were described. This research is a descriptive analytical study which was done by using SPSS software and a sample of 370 people among neighborhood residents was selected and the level of knowledge was evaluated. Results indicated that the public awareness about the rights and laws of the local residents were low. On the other hand, the index had a significant correlation with genderr and job activities and level of education and age of the residents of these indicators has no effect on this index.
