بررسي رابطه بين معاشرت با جنس مخالف قبل از ازدواج و رضايت زناشويي در زنان و مردان متاهل دانشجو در تهران

Premarital Heterosexual Relationships and its Association with Marital Satisfaction among Married College Students in Tehran

علي‌رغم روند رو به افزايش معاشرت با جنس مخالف قبل از ازدواج در بين جوانان و هم‌چنين نارضايتي‌هاي زناشويي در زوج‌ها در ايران، مطالعات بسيار اندكي به بررسي رابطه بين اين دو پديده پرداخته‌‌اند. اين مقاله با هدف بررسي رابطه بين تجربه معاشرت با جنس مخالف قبل از ازدواج اعم از رابطه دوستي و رابطه پيشرونده (منظور رابطه جنسي) و رضايت زناشويي تهيه شده است. اين مقاله بر اساس داده‌هاي بخش كمي يك مطالعه‌ تركيبي تهيه شده است كه در سال 1390-1389 انجام شد. در اين مقاله، 299 دانشجوي زن و مرد متاهل سنين 18 تا 40 ساله كه به روش دو نمونه‌گيري مرحله‌‌اي سهميه‌اي و خوشه‌اي در همه مقاطع تحصيلي از 7 دانشگاه منتخب در تهران اعم از دولتي و آزاد انتخاب شدند، بررسي شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوري اطلاعات، پرسش‌نامه خود‌ايفايي بدون نام بود كه اعتبار و روايي آن بررسي شد و پايلوت گرديد. نتايج تحليل مسير نشان داد كه بيشترين ضريب تاثير روي رضايت زناشويي مربوط به ميزان شناخت از همسر در بدو ازدواج مي‌باشـد (001/0, P < 435/0B=) و پس از آن تجربه معاشرت‌هاي متعدد با جنس مخالف قبل از ازدواج است كه بيشترين ضـريب تـاثيـر منفي را بـر رضايت زنـاشويـي دارد (282/0B=- ، 05/0P < ). هم‌چنين تجربه معاشرت‌هاي متعدد به طور غيرمستقيم از طريق ناسازگاري مذهبي با همسر بر كاهش رضايت زناشويي تاثير مي‌گذارد (02/0-، 435/0* 182/0* 269/0-B=). لذا تعدد رابطه‌هاي قبل از ازدواج با جنس مخالف كه معمولاً با انگيزه‌هايي غير از ازدواج مي‌باشند، مي‌تواند تعيين‌كننده رضايت كمتر زناشويي پس از ازدواج باشد. برعكس شناخت بيشتر از خصوصيات همسر، به عنوان عامل مثبت در رضايت زناشويي مي‌باشد. مطالعات بيشتر با حجم نمونه بالاتر مي‌تواند به تاييد نتايج فوق كمك كند. نتايج فوق مي‌تواند در اصلاح بسياري از باورهاي نادرست در بين جوانان به كار‌ آيد.

Despite increasing trends towards premarital heterosexual relationships among youth and marital dissatis-faction among couples, few studies have examined the association bet-ween these two phenomena. This paper aims to assess the relationship between experience or premarital heterosexual relationships (both frien-dship & sexual) with marital satis-faction. This paper is based on the survey data of a mix method study conducted in 2011-2012. In this paper, 299 married college students, both males and females aged 18-40 were recruited using stratified cluster sampling from all educational levels of 7 selected universities, both private and government universities. A valid and reliable self-administered anonymous questionnaire was emplo-yed and piloted. Results of path analy-sis indicated that the greatest coeff-icient of impact on marital satisfaction is associated with knowing personality of spouse at the stage of marriage (B=0.435, P < 0.001), and then the experience of multiple heterosexual relationships before marriage is ano-ther factor which had the highest negative effect on marital satisfaction (B=-0.282, p < 0.05). Moreover, having multiple hetero-sexual relationships before marriage have an indirect effect on marital satisfaction via religious inconsistency with spouse (B=-0.269*0.182*0.435= -0.02). Hence, having multiple relat-ionships before marriage which are not intended for marriage, can deter-mine lower marital satisfaction. In contrast, knowledge about characteri-stics of spouse at marriage is a posi-tive factor in marital satisfaction. Further large scale studies are required to confirm these results. These results can be used in amending misperce-ptions among youth in this regard.
