مدل‌سازي تغييرات كاربري اراضي زراعي و باير به سطوح ساخته‌‌شده با به‌كارگيري مدل كلو- اس (CLUE-S) (مورد مطالعه: منطقه چهارده شهر اصفهان)

Modeling Uunused Lands and Agricultural Lands Changes into Built Areas Using CLUE-S Model (Case Study: Esfahan 14ʹʹTh regionRegion)

گسترش بي رويه شهرها از مهم ترين مسايل براي مديران و برنامه ريزان شهرها در سطوح گوناگون است. از آن‌جا كه امروزه بررسي روند تغييرات كاربري اراضي به كاربري شهري نقشي اساسي را در تصميم‌گيري ها و برنامه‌ريزي هاي بلندمدت بازي مي كند، پيش‌بيني روند تغييرات كاربري اراضي و مدل‌سازي آن با روش هاي دقيق جهت مديريت و كنترل گسترش شهري بيش از پيش ضرورت مي يابد. در اين ميان يكي از روش‌هاي مدل سازي تغييرات كاربري اراضي، مدل كلو- اس است. اين مدل به دليل ماهيت پويا، قابليت تلفيق با ابزارهاي ديگر، امكان اصلاح مدل و دردسترس‌بودن داده هاي مورد نياز، اخيراً در مطالعات شهري به‌كار گرفته شده است. هدف از اين مقاله در وهله اول، تبيين ميزان و نحوه تبديل كاربري هاي زراعي و باير موجود در منطقه 14 شهر اصفهان به سطوح ساخته شده، و در وهله بعدي مدل سازي الگوي آتي اين تغييرات تا افق 1405 با به‌كارگيري مدل كلو- اس است. مقاله حاضر از نظر نوع، كاربردي است و مباني نظري آن به شيوه اسنادي گردآوري شده است. جهت تحليل موضوع روش‌هاي كمّي و مقايسه اي به‌كار گرفته شده است. ابتدا عوامل تاثيرگذار در تغييرات كاربري اراضي تدوين شده است. سپس، به منظور تبيين روابط بين متغير كاربري اراضي و عوامل مستقل موثر بر آن، روش تحليلي، علّي ِرگرسيون لجستيك در محيط نرم‌‌افزار SPSS اجرا شده است. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد وقوع تغييرات كاربري در مكان‌هايي با بالاترين درجه مطلوبيت مكاني براي نوع خاصي از كاربري اراضي است كه وضعيت آتي آن‌ها در قالب 2 سناريوي تغييرات كم و زياد بيان شده است.

Reregulation expansion of cities is one of the most important issue for urban planners and urban managers in different levels. These days because of study process changes of land use into urban use, play an important role in long-term decision and planning, predicting process of land use changes and itʹs modeling with specific methods to manage and control of urban expansion is necessary. In the meantime one of the modeling methods of land use changes is Clue-s model. This model is used recently in urban studies, because of itʹs dynamic nature, ability to combine with other tools, ability to improve the model and accessibility of essential data. At the first step the articles purpose would be the explanation in ways and amounts of unused and agricultural lands conversion into built areas within the Esfahan 14th region, and the next step would be future patterns modeling of these changes till 1405s vision with Clue-s. The theoretical principle of this article have been collected with documentary method and quantitative and comparative method have been used to analyses the topic. At first, effective factors of land use changes have been prepared and then to explain the relationship between changeable factors and independent factors, causal analysis Regration Logistic have been used within SPSS. The study results presents that land use changes occur in places with high desirability and specific types of land use which their situation have been mentioned in 2 scenario with low and high changes.
