بررسي ميزان عملكرد درس حرفه‌آموزي در دانش‌آموزان كم‌توان‌ذهني از ديدگاه دبيران مدارس استثنايي شهر اصفهان

Evaluation the Amount of the Effect of Profession Teaching Performance on Mental retarded Students from Exceptional Teacher\ʹs points of View in Isfahan City

زمینه : هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی میزان عملكرد درس حرفه‌آموزی در دانش‌آموزان كم‌توان‌ذهنی از دیدگاه دبیران مدارس استثنایی شهر اصفهان بود. روش: در این پژوهش 108نفر از دبیران مدارس استثنایی شهر اصفهان مشاركت​ كرده‌اند كه  به​ روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای متناسب با حجم با توجه به ناحیه محل خدمت انتخاب​شده‌اند. روش پژوهش، توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی بود. در این پژوهش از یك ​پرسش‌نامه‌ محقق​ساخته‌ 66سوالی استفاده​شد. این پرسش‌نامه دارای روایی صوری و محتوایی بوده و پایایی آن به​روش ضریب آلفای​ كرونباخ 95/0 به​ دست​آمد. داده‌های حاصل از این پژوهش به‌وسیله‌ آزمون‌های تی تك​ نمونه‌ای، تی مستقل، تحلیل واریانس و آزمون تعقیبی ال‌اس‌دی تحلیل​ شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان​داد كه عملكرد درس حرفه‌آموزی و ابعاد آن یعنی خودكفایی مهارت‌های اجتماعی‌ و روانی ​حركتی بالاتر از حد متوسط شده ​است. همچنین یافته‌ها نشان​ داد كه بین میانگین نمره‌های عملكرد درس حرفه‌آموزی از نظر دبیران نواحی مختلف و سوابق خدمتی گوناگون تفاوت معنی‌داری وجوددارد ولی بین میانگین نمره‌های عملكرد با توجه به متغیر جنسیت، مدرك و رشته تحصیلی تفاوت معنی‌داری وجودندارد. نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته‌های این پژوهش، ابعاد عملكرد درس حرفه‌آموزی (مهارت‌های خودكفایی، اجتماعی و روانی​ حركتی) بالاتر از حد متوسط محقق​ شده ​بودند.

Background: The aim of this research was to evaluate the amount of the effect of profession teaching performance on mental retarded students from exceptional teachersʹ points of view in Isfahan city. Methods: The research method was descriptive survey. Statistical sample includes 108 exceptional teachers who selected through stratified random sampling from Cochran formula and relating to their teaching places. The data were gathered through a 66-item researcher made questionnaire.  The questionnaires content and formal validities were admitted by university professors. The reliability of questionnaire was 0.95 Cronbachʹs alpha coefficient. The obtained data were analyzed by single sample T test, T for two independent samples, variance analysis (F), and LSD. Results: The research findings showed that profession teaching performance and its components such as self sufficiency, social skills, and psycho-motor skills were above the average. Also the findings indicated that there were significant differences between profession teaching performances mean scores relating to respondents views in different teaching places and experience. Conclusion: These results were statistically meaningful but there was no difference between performances mean scores regarding to sex, degree, and course of study.
