بررسي تاثير رهبري رييس هييت مديره بر مشاركت راهبردي اعضا از طريق فرهنگ توليد تيمي

Investigating the Influence of Board leadership on Directorʹʹs Strategic Involvement through Team Production Culture

امروزه در پي تحولات گسترده حاكميت شركتي، رييس هييت مديره اختيارات واقعي بيشتري در اتخاذ تصميم‌هاي شركت دارد و به تناسب نقش مهمش در رهبري هييت مديره، انتظارات عملكردي بيشتر براي او تعيين شده است. البته اين مسيله هنوز در كشور به جايگاه شايسته خود دست نيافته است و بر خلاف آثار متنوع رهبري رييس هييت مديره بر فرهنگ هييت مديره - به‌ويژه فرهنگ توليد تيمي- و مشاركت راهبردي اعضاي هييت مديره، نيازمند بررسي‌هاي بيشتر است. بنابراين، در اين تحقيق پيمايشي، از ميان اعضاي هييت مديره شركت‌هاي تعاوني توليدي فعال شهر رشت 52 نفر به عنوان نمونه به پرسشنامه تحقيق (با روايي محتوايي تاييدشده و پايايي 4/94 درصد) پاسخ دادند. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد رهبري اثربخش رييس هييت مديره مي‌تواند با ايجاد فرهنگي اثربخش كه در آن توليد تيمي ارجح است، بر مشاركت راهبردي اعضا بيفزايد. از سوي ديگر، مشخص شد رهبري اثربخش رييس هييت مديره از طريق ايجاد فضاي باز و انتقادپذير، آمادگي، خلاقيت و انسجام ميان اعضا مي‌تواند به مشاركت راهبردي اعضا منجر شود.

Nowadays in consequence of widespread changes of corporate governances, chairman of the board has more real authorities on company decisions and due to his significant role in board leadership, is under the pressure of performance expectations. However, these changers are not made as it deserves in Iran and in spite of various effects of Chairman Leadership on board culture – especially team production culture- and board of directorʹs strategic engagement, it requires more researches. Based on this fact, in this survey, boards of production cooperatives (just active firms) in Rasht city using Questionnaire are studied. Results revealed that the effective leadership of chairman can set an effective culture in which team production is on higher priority and subsequently can influence the strategic involvement of board of directors. On the other hand it is proved that open atmosphere of board meetings; preparedness, creativity and cohesion among directors can mediate the relationship between effective leadership of chairman and strategic involvement of board of directors
