Investigation of Influence Factors for Traffic Flow Improvement in Tehran

امروزه تراكم ترافيك به‌عنوان يكي از بزرگترين مشكلات در مباحث حمل‌ونقلي شهرهاي بزرگ به‌شمار مي‌آيد و بر اين اساس راه‌كارهاي مختلفي جهت بهبود جريان ترافيك با توجه به افزايش سرعت سفر و نيز كاهش تاخير در سطح خيابا‌نهاي شرياني تعريف مي‌شود. در اين مطالعه، ضمن بررسي عوامل ماكروسكوپيك جريان ترافيك در شبكه معابر شرياني، تاثير حضور پليس بر بهبود اين عوامل به‌صورت عملكردي بررسي شده و با مقايسه حالت‌هاي مختلف كنترل شبكه معابر با حضور پليس و نيز بدون آن، مقدار كمي اين پارامترها اندازه‌گيري شده است و در نهايت آن دسته از عوامل تاثيرگذار در ايجاد تاخيرات تراكمي و اصطكاكي كه حضور پليس مي تواند بيشترين نقش را در كاهش و يا حذف آنها داشته باشد شناسايي شده است. در اين راستا ضمن مطالعه موردي در خيابان آزادي به‌عنوان يكي از مهم‌ترين معابر شرياني شهر تهران، تاثير حضور پليس بر تغييرات سرعت متوسط سفر از ابتدا تا انتهاي مسير (مبدا تا مقصد) و نيز تقاطع‌هاي موجود به‌صورت جداگانه محاسبه شده و سپس عوامل موثر بر جريان ترافيك به‌صورت كمي و كيفي در جهت روان‌سازي و ميزان اثرگذاري هر يك از آنها بر بهبود جريان ترافيك، ارزش‌يابي شده و در نهايت كنترل عبور عابران‌پياده و نيز زمان‌بندي چراغ و در نهايت محدوديت حركت‌هاي چپ‌گرد به‌عنوان مهم‌ترين عوامل قابل كنترل توسط پليس به‌عنوان راه‌كارهاي مديريتي روا‌نسازي جريان ترافيك در معابر شرياني معرفي شده است.
