شناسايي و ارزيابي توسعه و فقر انساني در شهرها با استفاده از GIS و HDI (مطالعه موردي: محلات شهري يزد)

Identification and Evaluation of Regional Evelopment and Urban Poverty Human in GIS and HDI Model (City of Yazd)

امروزه كشورهاي در حال توسعه به منظور تقويت زيربناهاي اقتصادي ـ اجتماعي، رفع عدم تعادل هاي منطقه اي و در نهايت نيل به توسعه ي منطقه اي پايدار، نيازمند شناسايي و نحوه ي توزيع امكانات، تسهيلات و منابع مي باشند؛ به طوري كه، به گزارشات UNDP ايران به لحاظ گروه بندي شاخص HDI جز كشورهاي دسته ي دوم يعني توسعه ي زياد قرار دارد؛ منطقه ي شهري يزد، مانند ديگر شهرها در درون خود داراي عدم تعادل در محلات مي باشد؛ بنابراين پژوهش حاضر از نوع كاربردي ـ توسعه اي و روش بررسي آن پيمايشي در پي اين هدف است كه گستره ي توسعه و فقر شهري را با دو مدل HDI و GIS در 50 محله در منطقه ي شهري يزد الويت بندي و معرفي نمايد؛ كه با مطالعه و برررسي هاي صورت گرفته نتايج هر دو مدل پژوهش نشان مي دهد محلات حسن آباد، فردوگاه و كشتارگاه داراي حداقل توسعه و در مقابل محلات امام شهر و صفاييه حداكثر توسعه به عبارتي حداقل محروميت را در منطقه ي شهري يزد دارا مي باشند.
