روابط سياسي شيوخ برزنجي كردستان عراق با دولت عثماني (1154 ـ 1335 هـ . ق)

Political Relationships of Barzanji Sheiks in Kurdistan of Iraq with Othman Government -1154-1335 After Hijrah-

شيوخ برزنجي وابسته به فرقه قادريه ـ از مشهورترين طريقت هاي صوفيه ـ هستند كه فعاليت خود را از نيمه اول سده دوازدهم هجري قمري آغاز كردند. بررسي منابع تاريخي نشان مي‌دهد كه اين شيوخ به كمك تشكيلات منظم درويشي خود توانستند روابطي منسجم با دولت عثماني برقرار كنند و با وجود فراز و نشيبهايي در اين روابط به بالاترين مراتب سياسي و اجتماعي در كردستان عراق دست يابند؛ هر چند رويكرد غالب قوم‌گرايانه در تاريخ سياسي معاصر كردستان موجب شده است نقش فعال آنها در تحولات كردستان به خوبي ديده نشود. اين مقاله مي‌كوشد ضمن ارايه گزارشي مستند از روابط سياسي حاكمان محلي برزنجي با دولت مركزي عثماني، عوامل و زمينه‌هاي به وجود آمدن جايگاه و اعتبار سياسي و اجتماعي اين دولت محلي را در كردستان عراق تبيين نمايد.

Barzanji sheikhs dependent on Qaderiyeh sect are considered as the most eminent sufi conducts that started their activity since the first half of the twelfth century after hijrah. The study of historical sources reveals that these sheikhs could make coherent relationships with Othman government relying on their systematic organizations and achieve the highest political and social positions in Kurdistan of Iraq in spite of the presence of abundant ups and downs in these relationships. Although the dominant tribal approach in the political contemporary history of Kurdistan has led to the misty image of their active role during the changes in Kurdistan. This article presents a documentary report of the political relationships of Barzanji local rulers with Othman central state; moreover, it states the grounds and reasons of developing the political - social position along with the validity of this local state in Kurdistan of Iraq.
