بررسي عوامل موثر بر كيفيت زندگي در نواحي روستايي؛ مطالعه‌ موردي: دهستان جعفرباي جنوبي شهرستان تركمن

Factors Affecting Quality of Life in Rural Areas; Case Study: South Jafarbay, Turkmen County

یكی از حوزه‌های مهم در تحقیقات كیفیت زندگی، بررسی عوامل موثر بر آن است. این امر با توجه به ویژگی‌های خاص محیط‌های روستایی، تنوع اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و مانند آنها و تاثیرپذیری كیفیت زندگی از آنها به ویژه در شاخص‌های ذهنی ضرورت بیشتری می‌یابد. این پژوهش بر آن است تا با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی، مطالعات پیمایشی و اسنادی و استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های میدانی به بررسی این موضوع در نواحی روستایی دهستان جعفربای جنوبی شهرستان تركمن بپردازد. در این راستا تعداد 10 شاخص تعلق به روستا، تعلق به منطقه، سطح سواد، شغل، درآمد و مساحت مسكن، ویژگی‌های قومی- فرهنگی، سطح برخورداری روستا، ، سن و تعداد افراد شاغل در خانوار به عنوان متغیر مستقل انتخاب شدند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل پرسشنامه‌ها نیز از میانگین، میانه و آزمون آماری رگرسیون چندمتغیره به شیوه‌ی گام به گام با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS استفاده شده است. همچنین برای نشان دادن تاثیر عوامل مدل تحلیل مسیر به كار رفته است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد كه از میان شاخص‌های انتخاب شده، تعداد چهار شاخص شامل ویژگی‌های قومی- فرهنگی، سطح برخورداری روستا، ، سن و تعداد افراد شاغل خانوار مجموعا حدود 42% عوامل موثر بر كیفیت زندگی ذهنی در ناحیه‌ی مورد مطالعه را تبیین می‌كنند. در عین حال مشخص شد كه سایر شاخص‌های انتخاب شده تاثیر معنی‌داری بر آن ندارند.

The study of factors affecting quality of life is one of the important areas. The quality of life has been one of the many topics of interest to scientific researchers, planners and governments. Due to this important debate, the lack of scientific research in the study area and ethnicity there with their special features in this region, using descriptive and analytical studies relying on documents, in this study for measuring the level indicators subjective quality of life, as well try to improve the quality of life in villages in South Jafarbay (Turkmen county). In this regard, eight territories quality of life is education, this is due to the special characteristics of rural areas that have a variety of economic, political, social, cultural problems, etc. and influence the quality of life of their particular mental factors becomes more necessary. This study is based on using analytic methods, using the questionnaire survey, documents and track in rural areas in South Jafarby, Turkoman county. In this way, the number 10 given index into the village, belonging to the region , education level , occupation, income and area of residence , ethnic characteristics - cultural, enjoying the countryside, age and number of employed persons in the household were selected as independent variables. For the analysis of the questionnaire the mean, median and multivariate stepwise regression test using SPSS software was used. Also, to show the impact of path analysis model is applied to. However, it became clear that other factors do not affect selection.
