نگرش دانشجويان پزشكي و پرستاري نسبت به ارتباط والدين با دانشگاه

Medical and Nursing Students’ Attitude towards Communication between Parents and University

زمینه و هدف‌: عدم وجود یك ارتباط سازنده و مناسب بین مسئولین دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشكی و والدین دانشجویان می‌تواند باعث ایجاد مشكلاتی برای دانشجویان و دانشگاه‌ها شود. در این مطالعه، نگرش‌ها و چالش‌های ارتباط والدین با دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشكی از دیدگاه دانشجویان پزشكی و پرستاری بررسی گردید. روش‌ بررسی: این مطالعه به‌صورت توصیفی - مقطعی بر روی دانشجویان پرستاری و پزشكی دانشگاه علوم پزشكی قم در سال 1393 انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته شامل 18 سؤال در زمینه نگرش و چالش‌های دانشجویان در مورد ارتباط والدین با دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشكی بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های تی تست و همبستگی پیرسون تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. در مجموع، 102 دانشجو به پرسشنامه‌ها پاسخ دادند (85%)، كه نگرش كلی دانشجویان نسبت به ارتباط والدین با دانشگاه نسبتاً مثبت بود و رابطه معنی‌داری بین نمره نگرش دانشجویان، جنس، نوع رشته تحصیلی و وضعیت تأهل وجود نداشت. 30% دانشجویان، بیشترین نقش را در این ارتباط مربوط به مركز مشاوره دانشگاه ‌ذكر كردند. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد نگرش دانشجویان نسبت به ارتباط والدین آنها با دانشگاه مثبت است، لذا ایجاد مراكز ارتباطی در ارتقای سطح كیفی آموزش دانشجویان و زمینه‌های همكاری والدین آنها با دانشگاه می‌تواند مؤثر باشد.

Background and Objectives: Lack of a constructive and appropriate communication between medical universities authorities and students’parents can lead to problems for students and universities. In this study, attitudes and challenges of communication between parents and medical universities were investigated from the point of view of medical and nursing students. Methods: The study was persormed as a cross-sectional study on nursing and medical students of Qom University of Medical Sciences in 2014. Data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire containing 18 questions about attitude and challenges of students about communication between parents and medical University. Data were analyzed using t- and Pearson correlation tests. Results: A total of 102 students responded to the questionnaire (85%). The general attitude of students towards the communication between parents and university was positive, and there was no significant relationship between studentsʹ attitude score and sex, course of study, and marital status. Thirty percent of the students mentioned that University Counseling Center plays the greatest role in this communication. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the attitude of the students towards the relationship between their parents and university is positive, thus creating communication centers could be effective in improving the quality of students’ education and areas of cooperation between their parents and the university.
