سنجش رابطه ميان رضايت مندي شهروندان از عملكرد شهرداري و شاخص هاي پايداري محيط زيست شهري، مطالعه موردي: شهر دزفول

On the Relationship Between Citizensʹʹ Satisfaction of the Municipalʹʹs Performance and the Urban Environmentʹʹs Sustainability Indexes, Case Study: Dezful

هدف انجام اين پژوهش، سنجش رابطه ميان رضايت مندي شهروندان از عملكرد شهرداري و شاخص هاي پايداري محيط زيست شهري شهر دزفول است. روش پژوهش توصيفي- پيمايشي بوده، گردآوري اطلاعات از طريق پرسشنامه با حجم نمونه 322 نفر در سطح سه منطقه شهري در شهر دزفول انجام‌ شده است. براي تجزيه‌ و تحليل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار SPSS استفاده ‌شده است. نتايج به دست آمده از آزمون T تك نمونه اي متوسط به پايين بودن رضايت مندي شهروندان از عملكرد شهرداري را نشان مي دهد. هم چنين در اين پژوهش متغيرهاي مستقل(سن، جنس، تحصيلات و ...) بر متغير وابسته (رضايت مندي) مورد فرض قرارگرفته، طبق آزمون رگرسيون خطي وضعيت اقتصادي – اجتماعي شهروندان بر ميزان رضايت مندي از شهرداري تفاوت معني‌داري را نشان مي‌دهد. آزمون من ويتني نيز نشان داده كه بين جنسيت (زن و مرد) و رضايت مندي تفاوت معني‌داري وجود ندارد. تحليل واريانس بين سن و ميزان رضايت مندي از عملكرد شهرداري تفاوت معني‌داري وجود دارد. بالاخره ضريب همبستگي پيرسون نشان-دهنده آن است كه رابطه مستقيم و قوي بين رضايتمندي و حفظ محيط زيست وجود دارد.

This study aims to On the Relationship Between Citizensʹ Satisfaction of the Municipalʹs Performance and the Urban Environmentʹs Sustainability Indexes in Dezful. Methodology of this study is descriptive-survey and the data are collected through a questionnaire with a sample size of 322 people in three different districts in Dezful. The SPSS software was used for data. The t-test results show that the degree of citizensʹ satisfaction of the municipalʹs performance is average to low. In this study, the independent variables (age, sex, education …) were supposed to have a priority over the dependent variable (satisfaction). According to the linear regression test, there was a marked difference between the socio-economic status of the citizens and the amount of their satisfaction with municipal performance. The results obtained from a variance analysis also showed that there was a significant difference between age and the citizens’ satisfaction while the Man-witni test showed that there was no difference between sex and the amount of satisfaction. Finally Pearson correlation coefficient indicates that strong and direct relationship between satisfactions and protects the environmental.
