متكلمان براي استنباط آموزه‌هاي كلامي از دو روش عقلي و نقلي استفاده مي‌كنند. در روش نقلي، استفاده از نقل متواتر و قطعي چندان مورد اختلاف نيست، لكن بيشتر ميراث نقلي از طريق اخبار آحاد به دست ما رسيده كه بهره‌گيري از اين اخبار در مسايل اعتقادي مورد نقد و نظر مي‌باشد. اين مقاله با رويكرد تحليلي به بررسي اين مسيله مي‌پردازد كه جايگاه خبر واحد در استنباط آموزه‌هاي كلامي نزد فاضل مقداد چگونه است؟ ايشان در اصول اعتقادي از خبر واحد استفاده نمي‌كند. همچنين در استفاده از خبر واحد در استنباط فروع كلامي به شروطي مانند عدم مخالفت با حكم قطعي و معتبر بودن سند و اتقان دلالت بر مدعا قايل است

The scholars apply two intellectual and narrative methods for inferring discursive teachings. In the narrative method, there is no disagreement over using the successive and absolute narration; however, most of the narrative legacy has been obtained through news sections where utilization of such bits of news with regards to doctrinal issues is subject to criticism and viewpoints. This paper via an analytical approach is concerned with the issue of the position of identical news in inferring discursive teachings from the view of Fazel Meghdad. He does not utilize the identical news in doctrinal principles. Also, he attaches importance to such conditions as lack of opposition with the absolute ruling and validity of the document and certainty over the claims while using the identical news in inferring discursive adjuncts.
