تجارب مادران كودكان دچار افت شنوايي عميق بعد از كاشت حلزوني: يك مطالعه پديدارشناختي

Mothers experiences of children with profound hearing loss after cochlear implant: A phenomenological study

زمینه: كاشت حلزونی در كودكان دچار افت شنوایی عمیق، نه‌تنها خود آن‌ها بلكه والدین و به‌ویژه مادر را نیز درگیر می‌كند. بررسی تجارب زیسته مادران بعد از جراحی كاشت حلزونی فرزندان، احساسات و نگرش‌های آن‌ها نسبت به مسایل و نیازهای بعد از جراحی را برای مراقبت و آموزش فرزندان انعكاس می‌دهد كه تاكنون موردمطالعه قرار نگرفته است. بنابراین، هدف پژوهش حاضر، كشف، شناسایی و تبیین تجارب مادران كودكان دچار افت شنوایی عمیق بعد از كاشت حلزونی بود. روش: در این پژوهش پدیدارشناختی 11مادر به‌روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند از مركز توانبخشی شنوایی اردبیل در سال1393 انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات به‌روش مصاحبه عمیق جمع‌آوری شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از روش پیشنهادی اسمیت انجام شد. یافته‌ها: از یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر 7مضمون اصلی با عنوان «مشغولیت»، «مواجهه»، «امیدواری»، «سخت‌گیری»، «پذیرش»، «سازگاری» و «آینده‌نگری» و تعدادی مضمون فرعی استنتاج شد. نتیجه‌گیری: این یافته‌ها می‌تواند اطلاعات لازم را برای پیشبرد منابع حمایتی كاشت حلزونی كودكان در جهت تامین سلامت روان مادران فراهم آورد.

Background: Cochlear implant in children with profound hearing loss is shown to affect both children and their parents, specially their mothers. Mothers’ life experiences after children cochlear implant surgery, reflect their emotions and attitudes to the after-surgery-issues and needs in order to care and guidance their children, however, yet it has been not investigated. So, the aim of this research was to detection, identification and explanation of after-cochlear- implant experiences of the mothers who have children with profound hearing loss. Methods: In this phenomenological study, using purposive sampling method, 11 mothers selected from hearing rehabilitation center of Ardabil in 1393. Data were collected utilizing in-depth interviews. The data analyzed with Smith method.  Results: From the findings of the present study seven core concepts were inferred namely «engagement», «encounter», «hope», «severity», «acceptance», «adaptation», «providence». Beside, several sub concepts derived. Conclusion: The results can contribute to the future plans for improving support resources for children cochlear implants to provide mothers mental health.
