Utility Analysis of Urban Public Spaces from the Perspective of Women Case Study: District No.4 of Isfahan

فضاهاي عمومي از جمله متغيّرهاي مهمي است كه بر رضايت شهروندان تاثيرگذار مي‌باشد. هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر، بررسي و شناخت عوامل و شاخص‌هاي موثر در ارتباط با مطلوبيت و رضايت از فضاهاي عمومي با تاكيد بر ديدگاه زنان مي‌باشد كه بر اساس يافته‌ها و نتايج يك بررسي پيمايشي از منطقه 4 شهر اصفهان تهيه شده است و با استفاده از تكنيك شاخص ساز، شاخص‌هايي جهت سنجش ميزان رضايت شهروندان محدوده‌ي مورد مطالعه براي زنان استخراج گرديد. اين پژوهش از لحاظ ماهيّت و روش مبتني بر رويكرد توصيفي- تحليلي و بر اساس هدف از نوع كاربردي – توسعه‌اي مي باشد. روش تحقيق تركيبي از نوع ميداني و كتابخانه‌اي است و گردآوري داده‌‌ها از طريق پرسشنامه و جامعه‌ي آماري را زنان بالاي 15 سال در فضاهاي عمومي منطقه 4 شهرداري اصفهان شامل مي‌شود. با استفاده از روش تحليل عاملي تعداد 5 عامل از 27 شاخص فوق استخراج گرديد كه همگي داراي مقادير ويژه بالاي 1 بوده و جمعاً 50/68 درصد از واريانس را تبيين مي‌كنند. با توجه به نتايج به دست آمده مي توان گفت كه مولفه‌هاي امنيت محيطي با ضريب همبستگي876/0، ايمني با ضريب819/0، پاكيزگي محيط با 827/0، حس تعلق و وابستگي به مكان با ضريب 814/0 و زيبايي فضا 806/0 موثرترين عوامل در ميزان رضايت‌مندي در فضاهاي عمومي شهر از ديدگاه زنان مي‌باشد و به عنوان مهمترين عوامل تاثيرگذار بر رضايت‌مندي شهروندان شناسايي شدند.

Public spaces are among the important variables which affect on the citizensʹ satisfaction. The main objective of this study is the review and recognition of effective factors and indicators relevant with the favorability and satisfaction of public spaces by emphasis on the womenʹs view. Based on the findings and results, it is a surveying study of district No. 4 of Isfahan city and by using indicator making technique, some indicators were extracted for measuring the satisfaction rate of citizens about the under study area for women. This study from nature and method point of view is based on descriptive-analytical approach and from the objective view is of applied –developmental one. The research method is a combination of library-field one and the data were gathered through questionnaires and the statistical society comprises of women over 15 years in the public spaces of district No. 4, Isfahan. Using factor analysis, 5 factors of the 27 indicators were extracted that all had a special value of over 1 and define a total of 68.50 percent of the variance.Regarding the obtained results, it can be said that environmental security components with correlation coefficient of 0.876, safety with coefficient0.819, environment cleanness with coefficient0.827, sense of belonging and dependency on place of coefficient 0.814 and the space beauty of coefficient 0.806 are the most important factors of satisfaction in public spaces of the city from the view point of women and were recognized as the most important factors ion citizensʹ satisfaction.
