ديدگاه دانشجويان مامايي در زمينه ي آينده ي شغلي رشته ي تحصيلي شان

The Midwifery Students’ Opinion about their Professional Future

عوامل مختلفي مي تواند بر ديدگاه انسان نسبت به آينده ي شغلي اثر بگذارد. با توجه به نياز بيش از پيش زنان در تمامي سطوح بهداشت و باروري به ماما، اين مطالعه با هدف بررسي ديدگاه دانشجويان مامايي نسبت به آينده ي شغلي خود انجام شد. اين مطالعه ي توصيفي_تحليلي بر روي كليه دانشجويان مامايي مشغول به تحصيل مقطع كارشناسي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي رشت، نيمسال اول 91-1390 انجام شد. روش گردآوري داده ها پرسشنامه ي محقق ساخته شامل مشخصات فردي و سوالات سنجش نگرش آينده ي شغلي بود. داده ها با استفاده از نسخه ي 16 نرم افزار SPSS و آمار توصيفي و تحليلي مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. ميانگين نمره ي نگرش دانشجويان نسبت به آينده ي شغلي 81/5 ± 95/34 بود كه نمره ي به دست آمده بالاتر از نمره ي قابل قبول بود. بين نمره ي نگرش به آينده ي شغلي و وضعيت اقتصادي، سن دانشجويان، ارتباط آماري معناداري وجود داشت. ولي بين ساير متغيرهاي پژوهش با نگرش آينده ي شغلي، ارتباط آماري معناداري مشاهده نشد. با توجه به نتايج پژوهش، اكثر دانشجويان نسبت به آينده ي شغلي خود، ديدگاه مثبتي داشتند. كه با در نظرگرفتن كثرت فارغ التحصيلان مامايي، تغييرات اساسي در شرايط بازار كار، توزيع مناسب نيروي انساني و برنامه ريزي هاي لازم جهت حل پاره اي از مشكلات آموزشي و ايجاد مراكز مشاوره و حمايت از دانشجويان نسبت به توجيه آينده ي شغلي درتقويت نگرش دانشجويان به آينده شغلي مفيد مي باشد.

Various factors can affect people’s opinion about their career future. Considering that women, regardless of their level of health and reproductively, are in need of midwives and their services, hence the current study was conducted to determine the attitude of the midwifery students towards their professional future. This descriptive study was conducted on all midwifery students at Islamic Azad university of Rasht during the first semester of the academic year in 2012-13. The information was gathered through two-parts questionnaires, which collected both personal information and measurable data regarding their career attitudes. The aggregated data was then analyzed by SPSS 16 software using descriptive and analytical statistics. Moreover, the mean score of studentsʹ attitude toward their future career was 34/95± 5/81 and the obtained scores were higher than the acceptable scores. Moreover, there were significant relationship between score of career attitude with economical situation, and studentsʹ age, but there was not significant relationship between career attitude and the other research variables. Based on the studyʹ results, most of students had a positive view towards their future career. Regarding to the high number of midwifery graduates and fundamental changes in the job market, such a positive outlook can be further reinforced through balanced distribution of human resources, implementing plans to address educational problem, and establishing job counseling centers to support and orient students for their future career.
