Analyzing Quality of Urban life and its Relationship With citizensʹʹ Participation in Municipal Affairs Case Study: Nagadeh City

رشد جمعيت و شهرنشيني باعث كاهش كيفيت زندگي شهروندان شده و دستيابي به پايداري شهري را با مشكل مواجه نموده است. تحقيق حاضر با هدف تحليل كيفيت زندگي شهري و رابطه آن با مشاركت شهروندان در امور شهري تدوين شده است. اين پژوهش از نوع كاربردي بوده و در تدوين آن از روش توصيفي ـ تحليلي و همبستگي براي استفاده شده است. گردآوري داده‌ها با دو روش اسنادي و ميداني (استفاده از پرسشنامه) بوده است. جامعه آماري پژوهش را كليه ساكنان شهر نقده در بهار 1393 تشكيل مي‌دهند كه با بهره‌گيري از فرمول كوكران 380 نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب و به شيوه نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده مورد بررسي قرارگرفته‌اند. در تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از روش‌هاي آماري نظير آزمون T، رگرسيون چند متغيره و مدل تحليل مسير استفاده شده است. همچنين پايايي پرسشنامه با آلفاي كرونباخ و اعتبار سازه‌اي آن با تحليل عاملي مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. بر اساس تحليل‌هاي انجام‌شده با آزمون T تك نمونه‌اي، شاخص‌هاي ابعاد سلامت رواني و كيفيت محيط شهري در سطحي متوسط از كيفيت قرارگرفته و ابعاد سلامت اقتصادي، سلامت اجتماعي، سلامت جسماني، محيطي در سطحي پايين تر از حد متوسط قرار دارند. استفاده از مدل تحليل مسير نشان مي‌دهد كه مقدار ضريب تعيين 0.992 از مجموع تغييرات متغير وابسته توسط مدل تحليلي پژوهش را تعيين مي‌كند كه در آن كيفيت محيط شهري با ضريب 0.323 و سلامت جسماني با ضريب 0.276، تاثيرگذارترين بُعد بر مشاركت شهروندان در امور شهري بوده‌اند. بر اين اساس مي‌توان بيان نمود كه مجموعه كيفيت زندگي و محيط شهري ابعاد اجتماعي، جسماني، فرهنگي، محيطي و كيفيت محيط شهري، در مشاركت شهروندان در امور شهري تاثير مستقيم و غيرمستقيم داشته و بين آن‌ها رابطه مثبت و معني‌داري وجود دارد.

Population growth and urbanization has caused the decrease of the citizenʹs life quality and access to urban sustainability is difficult. Quality Study of life in urban areas is one that has been widely addressed in recent years. The present study has been written aimed to analyze the quality of urban life and its relationship with citizen participation in municipal affairs. The present study is an applied and descriptive – analytical and correlational methods. Data were collected by two methods of field and documentary and using questionnaires. The population society consisted of all residents of the Nagadeh town in spring 2014 , which by using Cochran formula 380 people selected as the sample size and have been studied by simple random sampling method. In analyzing the data,statistical methods such as T-test, multiple regression and path analysis model were used. Cronbachʹs alpha reliability and structural validity was assessed by factor analysis. Based on the analysis performed with the T-test, single sample, are Indicators of mental health and the quality of the urban environment in the average level of quality and Economic health Dimensions, social health, physical health, the environment are at a level lower than average. Using path analysis shows that the coefficient of determination of 0.992 variability determined by the research analytical model of the quality of the urban environment with coefficient 0.323 and, physical health with coefficient 0.276 were the most effective citizenʹs participation in urban affairs. Accordingly, it can be concluded that in the quality of life and urban environment, social dimensions, physical, cultural, and environmental quality of urban environment, have direct and indirect impact on the citizen participation in the urban affairs and between there is a positive and significant relationship between them.
