واكنش جوانه‌زني و رشد گياهچه پنج گونه گرامينه از جنسهاي Agropyron و Bromus نسبت به آلودگي مصنوعي دو گونه قارچ فوزاريوم (Fusarium avenaceum و F. graminearum)

Germination and growth traits reflexes of five Bromus and Agropyron species to artificial inoculation by Fusarium avenaceum and F. graminearum

این تحقیق به منظور ارزیابی واكنش بذر و گیاهچه‌های سه گونه Agropyronو دو گونه Bromus به آلودگی مصنوعی اسپورهای دو گونه قارچ Fusarium avenaceum و F. graminearum به اجرا در‌آمد. بذر هر گونه با دو سطح آلودگی ml/104*124 و ml/104*62 ((Fusarium avenaceum و دو سطح آلودگی اسپور ml/104*140 و ml/104*70 (F. graminearum) همراه با شاهد (بذر بدون آلودگی) مورد مایه‌زنی قرار گرفتند. تیمارها در شرایط استاندارد جوانه‌زنی در آزمایشگاه (ژرمیناتور) و گلخانه (گلدان) مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. صفات درصد جوانه‌زنی، سرعت جوانه‌زنی، نسبت طول ریشه‌چه/ساقه‌چه، نسبت وزن خشك/وزن تر و شاخص بنیه بذر مورد اندازه‌گیری قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد كه واكنش گونه‌ها در مقابل قارچ‌های بیماری‌زا متفاوت بود و اختلاف معنی‌داری بین تیمارهای آلوده و شاهد مشاهده شد. تأثیر بیماری‌زایی قارچ‌های یادشده بر روی كاهش سرعت جوانه‌زنی و شاخص بنیه بذر گونه‌های مورد آزمایش بیشتر از سایر صفات بود. تأثیر نامطلوب دو گونه قارچ فوق روی كاهش پارامترهای جوانه‌زنی در شرایط گلخانه بیشتر از آزمایشگاه بود. ارزش كاشت و مقاومت بذر گونه A. desertorum از A. pectiniform و A. tauri كمتر شد. تمامی خصوصیات بنیه‌ای بذر ژنوتیپ B. persicus1 نسبت به ژنوتیپ B. persicus2 و گونه B. inermis در هر دو آزمایش، كاهش بیشتری داشت.    

The experiment was conducted under field and laboratory conditions for evaluation of seed germination characteristics in 3 genotypes from two species of Bromus and three species of Agropyron collected from different parts of Iran. Seeds samples were treated with spores of Fusarium graminearum (140×104mland 70×104ml) and F.avenaceum (124×104ml and 62×104ml). Germination percentage, and speed, root/shoot ratio, dry/fresh weight ratio and vigour index were determined in the inoculated seeds as well in control (non-inoculated seeds). Significant differences for the above characteristics were observed between plant species and genotypes and also between 2 Fusarium species. At both densities F.avenaceum, all of traits were decreased in treated seeds in laboratory except for root/shoot ratio. In general, effect of two species of fungi was more on speed of germination and vigor index than on other characteristics. Also more reduction of seed and seedling characteristics caused by the effect of the two fungi species was observed in greenhouse than laboratory condition. Percentage and speed of germination and vigor index were higher in A. intermediumandA. elongatum comparing to other A. desertorum. All seed characteristics of B. persicus1 genotype were lower than B. persicus2genotype and species of B. inermis.
