عوامل مؤثر بر شكل‌گيري شبكه‌هاي مهاجرتي در تهران مورد: رامشه‌اي‌هاي مقيم تهران

Effective Factors on Forming Migration Networks in Tehran

چكیدهمهاجرت ممكن است جهت رهایی از مشكلات اقتصادی، اجتماعی و یا سیاسی مبدأ به دلایل گوناگون دوام یافته به شكل یك چرخه مهاجرتهای بعدی را سبب گردد. این امر سبب افزایش منافع حاصل از مهاجرت وكاهش هزینه‌های آن می‌گردد. تحقیق حاضر دسته‌ای از مهاجران روستای رامشه (توابع شهرستان اصفهان) ساكن در تهران را مطالعه كرده و در پی آن است تا علل تمركز و شكل گیری این شبكه مهاجرت را در تهران بررسی كند. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی ـ تحلیلی بوده و از تكنیك پرسشنامه و مصاحبه استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد تمركز این مهاجران در تهران به دلیل حفظ روابط قوی و مستحكم بین مهاجران است كه این امر برخاسته از روابط خویشاوندی، فعالیتهای مشابه و نهادهای غیر رسمی مهاجران در تهران است. فعالیت در یك رشته خاص (مواد پلاستیك) سبب شده تا این مهاجران در سه نقطه نزدیك به هم گردآیند و در زمینه های اجتماعی و اقتصادی روابطی قوی داشته باشند. از جمله این روابط می توان به ارتباط گسترده این مهاجران با مبدأ و مراجعات به صورت ماهانه، فصلی و سالانه به مبدأ، شركت در مراسم های جشن و عزاداری های سایر مهاجرین و روستا، شركت در مراسم مذهبی حسینیه، مشاركت در انجمن خیریه میثاق، كمك به سایر مهاجرین در یافتن شغل و كمك به اسكان آنها در مقصد و همچنین ازدواج های درون شبكه ای كه سبب استحكام هر چه بیشتر روابط آنها گردیده است، اشاره كرد. مجموعه این عوامل سبب شده است تا این دسته از مهاجران از حدود یك قرن از ورود خود به تهران همچنان روابط خود با زادگاه و سایر مهاجران راحفظ كنند.

AbstractEffective factors to shaping of migration network in Tehran migration for release form economic, social or political problems in origin, may continue for diverse causes and in form of a cycle, results next migration s. These matters lead to increase of benefits of migration. This research studies migration of Ramshe Village (Isfahan county) who resides in Tehran and following Survey the reasons of concentration and survey shaping the of this migration net in Tehran. Research method is descriptive –analytical and uses techniques of questionnaire and interview. Results of research show that concentration of these migrants Tehran for preservation of power full relations between migrants that origin from familiar relations, same activities and non formal institutions of migrants in Tehran. Activation in special context Plastic materials causes these migrants concentrates in three points and has powerful relations in social and economic contents.
