Competencies needed by Tehran Agricultural Extension Experts to Promote Nuclear Agricultural Extension Education

هدف این تحقیق شناسایی نیازهای آموزشی كارشناسان ترویج كشاورزی استان تهران در راستای ترویج كسب وكار كشاورزی هسته ای است. فناوری هسته ای یكی از راهكارهای ارتقای امنیت غذایی برای جمعیت روبه رشد در سراسر جهان است. بر این اساس ترویج كشاورزی و وراه اندازی كسب وكارهای مرتبط با آن می توانند از عوامل توسعه و پیشرفت بخش كشاورزی با بهره گیری از این فناوری باشد. تحقیق حاضر بصورت توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد و از نظر هدف، كاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری كارشناسان ترویج كشاورزی بخش دولتی و خصوصی استان تهران بودند كه با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده 74 نفر از آنها به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند . تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با به كمك روشهای آماری توصیفی و آزمون های همبستگی اسپیرمن توسط نرم افزار SPSS و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی جهت بررسی وضعیت سازه ها و انسجام آنها توسط نرم افزار PLS صورت گرفت. پس از تحلیلی عاملی تاییدی 11 مولفه كلیدی در مهارت كشاورزی هسته ای، 8 مولفه كلیدی در مهارت كسب و كار و 12 مولفه كلیدی در مهارت عمومی ترویج با روایی همگرا و واگرای قابل قبول استخراج و نیازهای آموزشی كارشناسان ترویج كشاورزی با درجه اهمیت بالا در زمینه بكارگیری كشاورزی هسته ای و كسب وكارهای مرتبط با آن در این سه حیطه تعیین گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد كه دانش و مهارت تطبیق نیاز كشاورزان با محصولات هسته ای، شناخت اطلاعات اقلیمی منطقه و شناسایی نیازهای بهره برداران از نظر پاسخگویان دارای بالاترین اهمیت در تعیین نیازهای آموزشی آنان بود. همچنین همبستگی بین عواملی چون سابقه كار مدیریتی و سطح تحصیلات پاسخگویان با نظر آنان درباره اهمیت حیطه های سه گانه نیازهای آموزشی مورد بررسی مثبت و معنی دار بود.

The Purpose of this study was to identify analytically the educational needs required by agricultural experts to promote nuclear agricultural business in Tehran province. Nuclear technology may well provide the growing population all over the world with improved food security.Agricultural extension and the related businesses may thus take advantage of this new technology to push forward the development of agriculture sector.This study is an applied type research using a descriptive correlational methodology.Also the data was collected through survey.The statistical society consisted of agricultural extension experts in Tehran province,out of whom 74 were selected as statistical sample through simple random sampling.The data analysis was carried out by SPSS software using spearman Friedman correlation test and descriptive statistics.Also,confirmatory factor analysis.The highly important training needs required by agricultural extension experts for taking advantage of nuclear agricultural practices and the related businesses were determined nuclear agricultural practices and the related businesses were determined under three categories:Knowledge and skills needed for setting up a business (8 Factors),basic Knowledge and skills needed for agricultural extension(12 Factors)andKnowledge and skills needed for nuclear agriculture (11 Factors), the findings well indicated that the respondents recognize three factors as the mast important ones in identifying their own training needs:Knowledge and skills needed for matching the needs of farmers with nuclear crops; knowledge on regional climatic conditions, and identifying the needs of the beneficiaries.Also, appositive significant correlation was observed among the respondents managerial experience and educational level and their opinion about the importance of the three categories of training needs.
