بررسي وضعيت موجود و ممكن كاربرد شاخص هاي ارزشيابي از دروندادهاي برنامه درسي دوره تحصيلات تكميلي دانشگاه هاي اصفهان، صنعتي اصفهان و شهركرد

A study of the present and possible situations of the application of evaluation indicators of curriculum inputs at the postgraduate level at Isfahan, Shahrekord and Isfahan Industrial universities

در اين پژوهش، پژوهشگران با انتخاب شماري از مهمترين شاخص هاي مربوط به ارزشيابي از سه مولفه دروندادي برنامه‌درسي (هيات علمي، دانشجويان و امكانات) دوره تحصيلات تكميلي دانشگاه هاي اصفهان، صنعتي اصفهان و شهركرد، اقدام به تعيين وضعيت موجود و امكان استفاده از آنها، بر مبناي الگوي سيپ نموده اند. نوع پژوهش كاربردي و روش آن توصيفي- تحليلي و پيمايشي بوده است. جامعه آماري بخش كمي، شامل همه 11635 نفر اعضاي هيات علمي، دانشجويان و دانش آموختگان دوره تحصيلات تكميلي سه دانشگاه مذكور بوده كه از طريق روش نمونه گيري طبقه اي، 652 نفر آنان به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده‌اند.. جامعه آماري بخش كيفي اعضاي هيات‌ علمي سه دانشگاه مذكور بوده كه 30 نفر به روش نمونه گيري هدفمند انتخاب شدند. داده هاي پژوهش از طريق پرسشنامه و مصاحبه، گردآوري شده اند. روايي ابزار به وسيله 15 نفر از استادان دانشگاه اصفهان تاييد گرديد. ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ شاخص هاي مربوط به وضعيت موجود پرسشنامه 96/0 و ممكن آن 97/0 بوده و پايايي فرم مصاحبه از طريق متخصصان و روش سه سوسازي، بررسي شده است. طبق نتايج پژوهش، ميانگين نمره نگرش افراد به وضعيت موجود شاخص هاي مربوط به ارزشيابي اعضاي هيات علمي در حد متوسط(07/3= و 01/0P > ) و دانشجويان و امكانات كمتر از متوسط بوده است(67/2= و 0001/0 p < )؛ در صورتي-كه ميانگين نمره نگرش آنان به امكان استفاده از همه شاخص ها، در حد زياد بوده است(4 < و 0001/0 p < )؛ يعني گرچه امكان استفاده از شاخص هاي مورد بررسي زياد است، اما در وضعيت موجود در حد متوسط و كمتر از آنها استفاده مي شود. بنابراين، استفاده از تمامي اين شاخص ها ، در ارزشيابي از سه مولفه مورد بررسي پيشنهاد مي شود.

In this research, researchers studied present and possible situation of the application of evaluation indicators of curriculum inputs by choosing a number of the most important of these, for evaluation of three important components of curriculum input(faculty, students and facilities) at the postgraduate level at Isfahan, Shahrekord and Isfahan Industrial universities, based on the CIPP-model. It is a kind of applied research and the method used is descriptive-analytic and survey. The statistical population of the quantitative part includes all faculty members, students and postgraduate students of the mentioned universities total: 11635 people. Then choosing 652 people, by stratified sampling as sample. Statistical population of qualitative part includes all the faculty members of the universities mentioned, that 30 members of them selected by purposeful sampling method. The data were collected by questionnaire and interview. The validity of the tools was approved by 15 professors of Isfahan University. Cronbachʹs alpha coefficient of the present and possible situation of the questionnaire was 0.96 and 0.97. The reliability of the interview form was assessed by the specialists and the triangulation. The results of the research show that, mean of the viewpoints of the members to present situation of evaluation indicators of faculty members was medium (p > 0.01 & =3.07) and student and facilities was less than medium (p < 0.0001 & =2.67). However the mean of their viewpoints to the possibility of using all indicators was high (p < 0.0001 & > 4). Therefore using all these indicators in the evaluation of the three mentioned components is suggested.
