تدوين الگوي ساختاري مديريت كيفيت جامع در فدراسيون و هييت هاي كشتي ايران

Structural Model of Total Quality Management in Iranian Wrestling Federation

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسي الگوي ساختاري شاخصه هاي مديريت كيفيت جامع در فدراسيون و هييت هاي كشتي كشور بود. مديريت كيفيت جامع شامل سازماندهي كليه اركان و منابع سازمان براي نيل به كيفيت و برآورده كردن نيازهاي مشتريان و منافع كاركنان است. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف از نوع كمي و از حيث اجرا از نوع پژوهش هاي كاربردي بود. براي جمع آوري داده ها، از روش توصيفي - تحليلي در قالب پيمايش استفاده شد. آزمودني هاي اين پژوهش را پس از تعيين تعداد كل افراد فعال در حوزه پژوهش (380 نفر به استناد دبيرخانه فدراسيون)، 157 نفر از كارشناسان نخبه كشتي كشور به صورت تصادفي تشكيل دادند. براي پاسخگويي به سوالات پژوهش، از ابزار اندازه گيري (پرسشنامه) كه در بر گيرنده هشت مولفه مديريت كيفيت جامع (برمبناي تحليل عاملي اكتشافي) بود، استفاده شد. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد ساختار تعريف شده براي مديريت كيفيت جامع 41/64 درصد از كل واريانس را تبيين كرده و درصدهاي واريانس براي هر يك از عوامل هشتگانه به ترتيب براي پشتيباني مديريت ارشد (51/5)، ارتباط با مشتري (29/5)، ارتباط با تامين كنندگان (22/3)، مديريت منابع انساني (02/3)، رفتارهاي كاركنان (69/2)، فرايندهاي طراحي (68/2)، فرايندهاي توليد (43/2) و تضمين كيفيت (07/2) بود. همچنين، با توجه به شاخص ها و خروجي هاي نرم افزار ليزرل مي توان گفت كه داده ها نسبتاً با مدل انطباق دارند و شاخص هاي ارايه شده، نشان دهنده آن اند كه در مجموع مدل ارايه شده، مدل مناسبي است. در نهايت به نظر مي رسد حصول به كيفيت و اثربخشي كه دور از دسترس نباشد، داشتن تحصيلات ورزشي، سابقه مديريتي مرتبط با حوزه كاري، ثبات شغلي، توجه به پويايي و تغيير نظام مند سازمان، مديريت مبتني بر كار انفرادي، اهميت دادن به نظرات و تصميمات كاركنان، ارزشيابي مداوم و ديگر عواملي كه مي توان آن ها را در سازمان هاي پويا و پيشرفته يافت، در زمره عوامل مهم كيفيت در فدراسيون كشتي ايران به شمار مي آيند.

The study is to investigate the parameters of a comprehensive quality management in wrestling Federation. Total Quality Management includes all elements of organization and resources to achieve quality and meet customer needs and interests of employees. The aim of this study in terms of quantity and in terms of implementation of applied research to collect data from the type of research method - an analysis of aspects of the survey. Subjects after determining the total number of people working in the field of study (380 cases, according to the Federation Secretariat), 157 elite experts formed randomly. To answer the research question, the measuring tool (questionnaire), which includes eight components of total quality management (based on exploratory factor analysis), was used. The results showed that the structure has been defined for total quality management 64/41% of the total variance and variance percentages for each of the eight factors in order to support senior management (5/51), customer relationship (5/29), supplier relationship Recent (3/22), HRM (3/02), the behavior of staff (2/69), process design (2/68), production processes (2/48) and quality assurance (2/07). Also according to the indicators and outputs LISREL software can be fairly said that the data are consistent of a model and the proposed indices indicated that the overall model is a good one. Finally, it seems far from achieving the quality and effectiveness altogether with sports, education, management experience related to the field of work, job stability, according to the dynamism and change, systematic organization, based on individual work, attention to the comments and decisions employees, continuous evaluation and other factors that can be found in dynamic and advanced organizations, are the important quality factors in Iranian Wrestling Federation.
