چكيده فارسي :
زمینه و هدف: آماده‌سازی و پاك‌سازی كانال ریشه دندان یكی از مهم‌ترین مراحل درمان ریشه است. سیستم‌‌های تك فایل سبب كاهش زمان درمان و كاهش ریسك انتقال پاتوژن‌‌ها می‌شوند. هدف از این مطالعه آزمایشگاهی بررسی میزان انحراف ایجاد شده توسط 2 سیستم تك فایل Reciproc و Waveone بعد از آماده‌سازی كانال‌های شبیه‌سازی شده رزینی بود.
روش بررسی: 30 بلوك شبیه‌ساز كانال دندان به 2 گروه تقسیم شدند و گروه‌‌های A و B به ترتیب با فایل‌‌های 25/0. 08 Reciproc و Waveone
آماده‌سازی شدند. فتوگرافی‌‌های قبل و بعد از آماده‌سازی تهیه شده و به منظور بررسی تغییرات ایجاد شده در دیواره‌‌های خارجی و داخلی كانال در نواحی اپیكال، میانی و كرونال تصاویر قبل و بعد بر هم منطبق شدند. نتایج با آزمون آماری T مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: براساس نتایج به دست آمده میزان جا به جایی به وجود آمده در ناحیه یك سوم میانی در دیواره‌‌های خارجی و داخلی كانال (P<0.001) بین دو سیستم اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود داشت. سیستم Waveone جا به جایی كانال كمتری ایجاد كرد. تفاوت معنی‌داری در دو گروه در یك سوم كرونالی و آپیكالی در دیواره‌‌های داخلی و خارجی دیده نشد. (0.23 (تغییر در انحنا داخلی در یك سوم كرونالی)، 0.48 (تغییر در انحنا داخلی در یك سوم آپیكالی)، 0.16 (تغییر در انحنا خارجی در یك سوم كرونالی)، 0.54 (تغییر در انحنا خارجی در یك سوم آپیكالی)).
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اینكه سیستم Waveone در یك سوم میانی كانال بهتر می‌باشد، استفاده از این سیستم توصیه می‌شود.
چكيده لاتين :
Background and Aims: Cleaning and shaping is one of the most important stages in endodontic treatment. Single-file systems save time and reduce the risk of transmission of pathogens. This in vitro study was aimed to compare the rate of canal transportation after the preparation of the stimulated resin root canal with two single-file systems, namely Waveone and Reciproc.
Materials and Methods: Thirty stimulated resin root canal blocks with size 8/0. 02 K file were randomly divided into two study groups. The preparation in Group A and Group B was performed using Reciproc and Waveone files, respectively. Pre and post- preparation photographs were taken and the images were superimposed to evaluate the inner and outer wall’s curvature tendency at three points (apical, middle and coronal) using AutoCad pragram. Data were analyzed using T-test.
Results: Based on the results, the degree of transportation in the inner and outer walls of the canal was less at the level of 3 millimeters (P<0.001) and there was no significant difference between the two groups regarding the deviation at the levels of 1 and 5 millimeters (P>0.05).
Conclusion: Waveone showed better performance in the middle third of canal and this system maybe recommended.
