بررسي وضعيت درس تربيت بدني دوره اول ابتدايي با استفاده از ماتريسSWOT

A Study of the Status of Physical Education Course in First Grade of Primary School Using SWOT Matrix

هدف از اين پژوهش، بررسي وضعيت درس تربيت بدني دوره اول ابتدايي مدارس ايران بود. جامعه آماري عبارت بود از 76 نفر، مشتمل بر معاونان تربيت بدني ادارات كل استان‌ها و كارشناسان و مسيولان برنامه‌ريزي درسي حوزه ستادي. ابزار جمع‌آوري داده‌ها شامل مصاحبه، پرسشنامه باز و پرسشنامه بسته پنج‌گزينه‌اي ليكرت بود كه در دو قسمت عوامل داخلي و عوامل خارجي در بين جامعه آماري توزيع شد. روايي پرسشنامه توسط چند تن از استادان و صاحب‌نظران و پايايي آن در پرسشنامه محيط داخلي با روش آلفاي كرونباخ 52/7 و در پرسشنامه محيط خارجي 19/7 تاييد شد. داده‌هاي پژوهش با استفاده از آمار توصيفي و آزمون‌هاي تك‌نمونه‌اي و تحليل عاملي تجزيه‌وتحليل شد. پس از تجزيه‌وتحليل محيط داخلي و خارجي و تشكيل ماتريس ارزيابي، محرز شد كه تربيت بدني دوره اول ابتدايي مدارس ايران در موقعيت راهبردي ST قرار دارد، در نتيجه بايد از راهبردهاي رقابتي استفاده كرد. پيشنهاد مي‌شود مديران و برنامه‌ريزان تربيت بدني با نگاهي عميق‌تر به نقاط قوت به‌دست‌آمده در اين پژوهش، موجب نزديكتر شدن دانش‌آموزان به رويكرد درس تربيت بدني در اين دوره (كسب و حفظ سلامتي) شوند.

The aim of this study was to study the status of physical education course in the first grade of elementary schools in Iran. The population consisted of 76 subjects including physical education deputies of general offices of all provinces and course planning authorities of departments. Data were collected using interview, an open questionnaire and a closed questionnaire (in two parts: internal factors and external factors) in 5-point Likert Scale which was distributed among the population. The validity of this questionnaire was confirmed by several professors and experts and the reliability was calculated by Cronbachʹs alpha as 7.52 for internal environment and 7.19 for external environment. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and single-sample test and factor analysis. Also, after the analysis of the internal and external environments and the application of matrix assessment, it was obvious that physical education in the first grade of primary schools was located in ST position so aggressive strategies must be used. It is suggested that physical education managers and planners observe deeply the strengths obtained in this study and make students closer to the approach of this physical education course (i.e. obtain and maintain health).
