ارزيابي رابطه‌ي بين متغيّر مستقل آگاهي از عمليات حفاظت خاك و آبخيزداري با مشاركت مردمي در حوزه‌هاي آبخيزدر جهت توسعه‌ي روستايي

Assessment of the Relationship Between the Independent Variable of Awareness about the Soil Protection and Watershed Management with the Peopleʹʹs Participation in the Catchment Areas for Rural Deve

مطالعات اخير در بسياري از كشورها نشاندهنده‌ي اثر بسياري از عوامل نظير رضايت‌مندي، دانش، وضعيت مشخصات فردي جمعيّتي و متغيّرهاي رفتاري در مشاركت مردم مي‌باشد. مساله‌ي مهم اين است كه آيا اين متغيّر‌ها نيز بر ميزان مشاركت مردمي درايران موثر مي‌باشند؟ هدف از اين تحقيق بررسي عوامل ارتباطي موثر بر دانش كشاورزان در به‌كارگيري عمليات مديريت آبخيزداري (WMP) در حوضه‌ي آبخيز كوشك‌آباد واقع در استان خراسان رضوي در ايران (85 كيلومتر مربع) مي‌باشد. هدف اصلي از اين تحقيق ارزيابي عواملي است كه در ميزان مشاركت مردم در ايران تاثير‌گذار است. جمعيّت كل كشاورزان منطقه‌ي حوضه‌ي آبخيز مورد مطالعه (n=1250) است كه از بين آنها 200 نفر با روش نمونه‌گيري طبقه‌بندي شده‌ي تصادفي (n=200) انتخاب شده است. در واقع، اين پژوهش به منظور بررسي رابطه بين آگاهي از عمليات آبخيزداري (WMP) و سطح مشاركت در WMP در ايران طراحي شده است. به منظور دستيابي به اين هدف، پژوهش مقطعي صورت گرفت. داده‌هاي آن نيز از طريق مصاحبه‌ي حضوري از افراد ساكن در شش دهكده‌ي زير حوضه‌ي سد كارده- ايران جمع‌آوري گرديد. مقياس دانش و مشاركت در عمليات مديريت آبخيزداري به ترتيب 0.90 و 0.92 مي‌باشد. يافته‌ها نشان مي‌دهند كه حدود نيمي از كشاورزان، دانش عمليات مديريت آبخيزداري را دارند و سطح مشاركت در اين عمليات متوسط بوده و رابطه‌اي مثبت و معني‌دار بين دانش كشاورزان از عمليات مديريت آبخيزداري وجود دارد. هرچند، طبق يافته‌ها، سطح مشاركت اجتماعي افراد بيش از مشاركت اقتصادي و زيست‌محيطي مي‌باشد. بعلاوه، نتايج روشن مي‌كند كه سطح دانش پاسخ‌گويان از اين عمليات كم تا متوسط بوده و مشاركت در آن ارتباطي مثبت و معني‌دار با دانش آن عمليات دارد (r=0.611, P=0.000).

The recent studies in most of the countries show the impact of a large number of factors including: satisfaction, knowledge, condition, individual particulars, population specifications and behavioral variables in the peopleʹs participation. The important issue is that whether such variables are effective on the amount of peopleʹs participation in Iran? The objective of this study is to review the effective relationship factors on the farmersʹ knowledge in applying the Watershed Management Program(WMP) operations in Kooshkabad catchment area located in Khorasan Razavi Province in Iran (85 km2). The main objective of this study is to evaluate the factors which are effective on the peopleʹs participation in Iran. The total population of the under study catchment area is 1250 people (n=1250), in which 200 persons were selected by classified random sampling method (n=200). In fact, this research is designed to study the relationship between the awareness about Watershed Management Program (WMP) and level of participation in WMP in Iran. To this end, a provisional research was performed and its data were gathered through the interview with the residents of 6 villages at the downstream part of Karde dam catchment area. The knowledge and participation scale in watershed management operations is 0.90 and 0.92 respectively, which about half of farmers have the knowledge about watershed management operations and the participation level was at an intermediate level and there is a positive and significant relationship between the farmersʹ knowledge about watershed management program. Although, based on the findings, the level of social participation of people is more than the economical and environmental participation, in addition the findings show that the knowledge level of respondents about such operations has been low up to medium level and participation in it has a positive and meaningful relationship with the knowledge of such operations.
