Validation of Researcher-Made Ergonomic Assessment Test for Freestyle Wrestling Skills

مقدمه: با توجه به موثر و كم هزين هتر بودن اصل پيشگيري، رو شهاي ارزيابي ارگونوميكي به عنوان ابزاري براي پيش بيني پتانسيل بروز آسي بها مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، اعتباريابي و پايايي سنجي آزمون محقق ساخته ارزيابي ارگونوميكي مهار تهاي كشتي بود. روش كار: در اين تحقيق، با توجه به آزمو نهاي ارگونوميكي ارزيابي مشاغل و تحقيقات آسيب شناسي طراحي شد. اعتباريابي ،)WSEAtest( رشته كشتي، آزمون ارزيابي ارگونوميكي مهار تهاي كشتي محتوايي و صوري آزمون با استفاده از نظرات متخصصين بيومكانيك و آسي بشناسي ورزشي، پزشكان، فيزيوتراپ ها، مربيان و كشت يگيران تيم ملي آزاد انجام شد. همچنين آزمون در دو روز مختلف توسط 0.8.15 روي سه مهارت انجام و پايايي درون و بين آزمونگر kinovea 5 آزمونگر و با استفاده از نرم افزار روي فيلم اجراي چهار مهارت منتخب )WSEA( محاسبه شد. پس از اعتباريابي و پايايي سنجي، آزمون كشتي آزاد كشتي گيران المپيكي ايران حاضر در المپيك 2012 لندن، انجام شد. يافت هها: احتمال آسيب ديدگي در اندام مختلف، عوامل آسي بزاي مرتبط با برخوردها و اعمال نيروها، وضعيت ورزشكار و وضعيت محيط با تحقيقات آسي بشناسي كشتي همخواني داشت و اعتبار نتايج آزمون تاييد شد. از اعتبار و پايايي كافي برخوردار بوده و مربيان، متخصصين و درمانگران WSEA نتيجه گيري: آزمون ورزشي م يتوانند از اين آزمون براي ارزيابي عوامل آسي بزا و تعيين اولوي تهاي تمريني، اصلاحي و درماني در رشته كشتي در سطوح و سنين مختلف استفاده كنند.

Introduction: According to the effectiveness and low cost of prevention, ergonomic assessment methods as a means to predict the potential occurrence of injury are being used. The aim of the present research was the assessment of validity and reliability of researcher-made ergonomic assessment test for freestyle wrestling skills. Methods: In this research, according to the jobs ergonomic evaluation tests and wrestling pathology research, an ergonomic evaluation test for wrestling skills (WSEAtest) was designed. Content and face validity were proved by using the opinions of sports biomechanics and pathology experts, as well as physicians, physiotherapists, trainers and wrestlers of Freestyle national team. Furthermore, the test was performed on three skills in two different days by five examiners, using Kinovea software 0.8.15; also, intra- and intertester reliability were calculated. After the reliability and validity approval, WSEAtest was performed on video records of four selected skills of Iranian freestyle wrestlers in London 2012 Olympic games. Results: The injury exposure in various parts of body, traumatic factors related to collisions and loads, and athlete and environment conditions were consistent with wrestling pathological research and confirmed the validity of the test results. Conclusions: WSEAtest has acceptable validity and reliability; trainers, specialists, and sports therapists can use this test to assess traumatic factors and identify priorities for training and corrective exercises in different wrestling levels, and in various ages.
