سير تحول پژوهش‌هاي علم‌سنجي در ايران

The Evolution of Scientometrics Studies in Iran

هدف پژوهش حاضر شناخت سير تحول پژوهش‌ها و مفاهيم علمي حوزه علم‌سنجي در ايران است. روش پژوهش، تحليل هم‌واژگاني است كه يك فن در تحليل محتوا محسوب مي‌شود و يكي از روش‌هاي علم‌سنجي است. جامعه اين پژوهش شامل همه برون‌دادهاي توليدشده توسط پژوهشگران ايران در قالب كتاب‌ها، مقاله‌ها، پايان‏نامه‏هاي تحصيلي و طرح‌هاي پژوهشي حوزه علم‌سنجي در درون و بيرون از ايران، اعم از چاپي و الكترونيكي به زبان فارسي و زبان انگليسي از بدو پيدايش اين حوزه در سال 1361 تا 1393 است. يافته‌هاي پژوهش شامل روند رشد توليدات علمي، سطح و رويكرد پژوهش‌ها، مفاهيم پركاربرد، سير تحول مفهوم و روابط ميان‌رشته‌اي اين حوزه است. نتايج پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه از سال 1384 فعاليت‌هاي پژوهشي اين حوزه در ايران جهش چشمگيري داشته و نرخ رشد متوسط آن 32 درصد بوده است. همچنين در اين سال‌ها تعداد 1800 مفهوم در پژوهش‌هاي اين حوزه مطرح شده است. بررسي‌هاي ديگر نشان داده‌اند كه مفاهيم «ارزيابي توليدات علمي، توليد علم و تحليل استنادي» به‌ترتيب با رويكرد كمي، از جمله مفاهيم غالب اين حوزه در كشور هستند. همچنين ساختار مفهومي حوزه علم‌سنجي در طول زمان، دچار تغييرات عمده‌اي شده، به‌گونه‌اي‌كه مفاهيمي در طول زمان محو و مفاهيم ديگري ظهور كرده است. نتايج ديگر پژوهش نشان داده كه اين حوزه با حدود 22 رشته علمي، روابط ميان‌رشته‌اي دارد و بيشترين ارتباط مفهومي را با رشته‌هايي همچون فناوري اطلاعات، علوم اجتماعي و مديريت دارد. نتايج كلي پژوهش حاكي از جهش علمي اين رشته در ايران در طيف كمي و تا حدودي كيفي است.

The aim of the present study is to identify the evolution of researches and scientific concepts of scientometrics. The method of this research is co-word analysis which is a skill in analyzing the content as well as a method in scientometrics. The research community includes all outputs produced by Iranian researchers in the format of books, articles, thesis, and research proposals done outside and inside of Iran, including printed or electronic ones from 1982 to 2014. The results of the research include: the trend of scientific outputs; the levels and research approaches, more frequently used concepts, evolution of the concepts and the interdisciplinary relationships in this field. The results indicate, the research in this field in Iran has made a significant leap and its average growth rate has been 32 percent since 2005. Furthermore in these years 1800 concepts have been proposed in this domain. Other investigations show that concepts like “evaluation of scientific outputs, knowledge production and citation analysis” respectively with a quantitative approach are the dominant concepts of this field in Iran. Also, the conceptual structure of scientometrics has changed over time, so that some concepts have faded and other concepts have emerged during this time. Other results of the study showed that this field has interdisciplinary relations with some 22 scientific disciplines and has the most relevant conceptual relations with the fields of information technology, social sciences and management. The overall results of the research showed the scientific leap of this field in Iran is mostly quantitative and to some degree qualitative.
