ارزيابي سياستگذاري‌هاي صدور انقلاب اسلامي ايران از منظر ماتريس سوات (SWOT)

طي سي و اندي سال تلاش جهت صدور انقلاب اسلامي دستاوردهاي قابل ملاحظه اي براي ايران پديد آورد انقلاب اسلامي را بايد نقطه عطفي بارز و برجسته در بيداري اسلامي در منطقه تلقي نمود. فرايندي كه در ساير كشورها نيز آثار خود را به تناسب نشان داد از مهمترين بازيگراني كه در پشتيباني از بيداري اسلامي نقش برجسته اي دارد جمهوري اسلامي ايران است كه نتيجه اقدامات صبورانه و مجدانه خود را در صدور انقلاب مشاهده مي كنددر طول 36 سال سياستگذاري متنوعي براي پيشبرد سياست صدور انقلاب همواره مورد توجه مسئولين نظام قرار داشته است كه همواره با فرصت و چالش هايي توام بوده است سياست صدور انقلاب اسلامي علي رغم شدت و ضعفها و فراز و فرودها در همه كابينه هاي تشكيل شده پيگيري شد. براي ارزيابي سياستگذاري هاي كه امكان صدور انقلاب اسلامي را در فضاي منطقه اي كنوني كه برآمده از فرايند بيداري اسلامي است از مدل سوات (SWOT) استفاده شده است سوآت (SWOT)ابزاري براي شناخت ، تهديدها و فرصت هاي موجود در محيط خارجي براي سياست صدور انقلاب و و بازشناسي ضعف ها و قوت هاي داخلي آن به منظور سنجش وضعيت و تدوين راهبرد براي هدايت و كنترل اين سياست ها مي باشد. نتايج اين تحقيق نشان كه از لوازم اصلي موفقيت در مسير نيل به اهداف گفتمان صدور انقلاب درك واقعبينانه وضعيت موجود است تحليل نادرست از فرصت ها و تهديدها از يكسو و ضعف و قوت­هاي مرتبط با گفتمان صدور انقلاب ميتواند به تضعيف و در نهايت فراموشي گفتمان صدور انقلاب شود.

the past 30 years or so trying to the issuance of the Islamic Revolution considerable achievements created for the Islamic Revolution, Iran should be a turning point in the prominent Islamic awakening in the region .slamic awakening of policy of issuing Islamic Revolution a process in other countries as well as their works to fit showed that the most important players in support of Islamic awakening has played a prominent role of the Islamic Republic of Iran as a result of the measures and seriously patiently in the issuance of the revolution is observed during the 36 years a variety of policy to promote the policy of has always been ignored by the authorities that the system has always opportunities and challenges has been accompanied policy of issuing Islamic Revolution , despite the intensity and weaknesses and landings in pursuit of all the cabinet formed . for the evaluation of the policy that the possibility of exporting the Islamic Revolution in an atmosphere that emanated from the current regional Islamic awakening process of Swat model ( SWOT ) has been used to Swat ( SWOT ) tool for recognition , threats and opportunities in the external environment for the policy of and recognition of the strengths and weaknesses in order to measure the internal situation and devise strategies for guidance and control the policies.This study attempts to be the political landscape and sociological Islamic awakening to study and to understand and systematic analysis of the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the awakening considerable help will. the results of this study shows that of success in the way of achieving goals exporting revolution discourse realistic understanding of the situation is incorrect analysis of opportunities and threats on the one hand and strengths and weaknesses associated with dialogue could undermine the issuance of the revolution and eventually amnesia dialogue issuing revolution.
