ضرورت اجراي طرح ادغام افقي علوم پايه و رضايتمندي استادان و دانشجويان از اجراي طرح

The necessity of implantation of horizontal integration plan of basic sciences and university academic staff and students, satisfaction

مقدمه: ادغام به عنوان يك تحول در آموزش پزشكي در دانشگاههاي جهان مطرح است و گذر از سيستم سنتي و تعريف جديد از آموزش پزشكي براساس نيازهاي اين دوره مطرح است. هدف اين مطالعه ارزيابي نظرات و ديدگاههاي اعضاء هيات علمي و دانشجويان پزشكي درگير در پروژه ادغام علوم پايه مي باشد. مواد و روش ها: اين مطالعه يك مطالعه مقطعي بوده كه در نيمه دوم سال 1393 در دانشكده پزشكي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي لرستان انجام شد. 10 استاد درگير در اجراي طرح ادغام افقي و نيز 130 دانشجوي پزشكي مقطع علوم پايه در اين مطالعه وارد شدند و با پرسشنامه هايي كه روايي و پايايي آنها تاييد شده بود، مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند. يافته ها: حدود 40٪ اساتيد ضرورت طرح ادغام جهت تسهيل يادگيري دانشجويان و ضرورت طرح ادغام جهت درك بهتر مطالب و برقراري ارتباط بين دروس عملي و نظري را زياد مي دانستند و 70٪ اساتيد ضرورت طرح ادغام جهت تطبيق اين دروس با مسائل باليني را زياد مي دانستند. بر اساس آزمون همبستگي پيرسون بين معدل كل و ميزان رضايت از طرح ادغام دروس علوم پايه ارتباط معنادار ديده شد. دانشجوياني كه معدل بيشتري داشتند ميزان رضايتشان از طرح ادغام نيز بيشتر از ساير دانشجويان بود. بحث و نتيجه گيري: ادغام دروس علوم پايه جهت تطبيق دروس پزشكي در مقطع علوم پايه با مسائل باليني مهم بوده ولي همچنان با مشكلاتي نظير جلب رضايتمندي اساتيد و دانشجويان در روش و ماهيت ادغام مواجه است كه احتياج به تحقيق بيشتري دارد.

Background: Integration as a chang in medical education is propounded in the world,s universities and transition from traditional system and a new definition of medical education is under consideration in this period. The aim of this study was to evaluate the opinions and perspectives of academic staff and medical students who involved in the integration of medical basic sciences project for better evaluation and planning. Materials and Methods: A crosssectional study was conducted at Lorestan university of medical sciences in 2014. The perception of faculty memberrsquo s methodologies and active learning were obtained from130 students and 10 faculty members using a valid and reliable questionnaire. Results: About 40% of the university professors believed that the necessity of integration plan to facilitate learning and its necessity for better understanding of educational material and connection among theoretical and practical courses is high, while 70% of the professors considered the necessity of integration plan to adjust these lessons and clinical issues is high. Based on Pearson correlation test there is a significant relationship between total mean and the degree of satisfaction of basic sciences lesson integration plan. Those students who had gained higher mean expressed higher satisfaction of integration plan in comparison to other students. Conclusion: Integration of basic sciences lessons to adjust medical courses in basic sciences level to clinical issues is important but the plan is faced with problems such as the satisfaction of professors and students in method and nature of integration plan which needs further study.
