تجارب مادران نوجوان از بارداري و مادر شدن: تحليل محتواي كيفي

ADOLESCENT MOTHERS EXPERIENCES OF PREGNANCY AND EARLY MOTHERHOOD: A QUALITATIVE CONTENT ANALYSIS

پيش زمينه و هدف: بارداري در طي دوران نوجواني يك موضوع پيچيده بوده و به عنوان يك مشكل بهداشتي اجتماعي در نظرگرفته مي شود. مطالعه حاضر باهدف كشف و تبيين تجارب مادران نوجوان از بارداري و مادر شدن در شهر تبريز انجام شد. مواد و روش كار: در اين مطالعه كيفي از نوع پديدارشناسي، از روش نمونه گيري هدفمند براي انتخاب شركت كنندگان از بين زنان مراجعه كننده به مراكز بهداشتي شهر تبريز استفاده شد و جمع آوري داده ها تا زمان رسيدن به اشباع اطلاعات ادامه يافت. داده ها از طريق مصاحبه هاي نيمه ساختاريافته با 11 مادر نوجوان 1519 سال جمع آوري گرديد و با روش تحليل محتوا مورد تجزيه وتحليل قرار گرفت. يافته ها: در پايان فرآيند تحليل 6 طبقه اصلي شامل نياز به حمايت هاي خانوادگي، نياز به آموزش، مشكلات جسماني، اعتقادات مذهبي، احساس توانمندي و بالغ شدن و احساسات منفي به دليل بارداري و زايمان زودهنگام به دست آمد. درون مايه هاي اصلي مطالعه هم شامل نياز به حمايت همه جانبه و دستيابي به عزت نفس شناسايي شدند. بحث و نتيجه گيري: تبديل شدن به يك مادر در طي سال هاي نوجواني به دليل بي تجربگي نوجوانان و تكيه آن ها به حمايت ديگران كشمكشي دشوار است. با توجه به يافته هاي اين مطالعه مادران نوجوان نياز به دريافت حمايت هاي همه جانبه دارند . از طرفي ديگر انجام صحيح مسئوليت هاي مادري باعث دستيابي به عزت نفس در اين مادران مي شود. حمايت همسر و ساير اعضاي خانواده و همچنين توجهات ويژه اعضاي تيم درماني به اين گروه آسيب پذير خصوصاً توجه به نيازهاي آموزشي آن ها مي تواند تأثير مثبتي بر روي وضعيت جسماني و رواني مادران نوجوان داشته باشد و آن ها را در گذراندن اين مرحله از زندگي ياري نمايد.

Present study aimed to examine the experiences of teenage mothers of their pregnancy and motherhood in Tabriz city. Materials Methods: In this qualitative phenomenological study, purposive sling was used to select participants among women referred to Tabriz health centers, and it continued up to data saturation. The data were collected through semistructured interviews with 11 adolescent mothers in the age of 1519 years and were analyzed using conventional content analysis. Results: 6 categories including need to family support, need to education, physical complications, religious beliefs, feeling of capability and maturation and negative feelings due to early pregnancy and parenting were merged. Comprehensive support and achieving to selfesteem were the main themes that were identified in this study. Conclusion : Becoming a mother during the adolescence is a difficult struggle because of inexperience, unprepared for motherhood and relying on others for support. Based on the findings of this study, adolescent mothers need to get a comprehensive support. In addition doing motherhood responsibility properly can help achieving mothersrsquo selfesteem. Support of spouse, family members, and also health care providers to this vulnerable group can have a positive impact on physical and emotional condition of adolescent mothers and their infants.
