طراحي الگوي سازمان پروژه‌محور مبتني بر عملكرد سازماني (مطالعۀ موردي: جهاد دانشگاهي استان فارس)

Design a model of projectoriented organization based on organizational performance (case study: Academic Jihad of Fars Province)

همگان اذعان دارند كه در شرايط پرتنش و پررقابت فعلي، استفاده از شكل‌هاي سنتي سازماني، اشتباهي نابخشودني است. از اين رو، نگاه به چهره‌هاي جديد سازماني از دغدغه‌هاي مهم پژوهشگران است. لذا هدف اين تحقيق، طراحي مدل سازمان پروژه ‌محور (به عنوان يكي از چهره‌هاي سازماني نوظهور) مبتني بر عملكرد سازماني است. اين تحقيق از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از حيث ماهيت، ازنوع تحقيقات اكتشافي است كه با رويكرد آميخته (كمي و كيفي) مي‌كوشد طراحي مدل چنين سازماني را در مورد مطالعه (جهاد دانشگاهي استان فارس) به انجام رساند. نتايج تحقيق حكايت از آن دارد كه مدل نهايي تحقيق، متشكّل از متغيّر مديريت پروژه با پنج بعد (الزامات دانشي، ريسك، فرايندي، منابع انساني، حاكميت و رهبري) و دو متغيّر ميانجي طبيعت پروژۀ سازمان و فنّاوري پروژه‌هاي سازمان است. از بين ابعاد مديريت پروژه، الزامات مديريت ريسك داراي بالاترين اولويت در شكل‌گيري مدل سازمان پروژه‌ محور است. همچنين مبتني بر بارهاي عاملي مدل نهايي تحقيق، به مديران پيشنهاد مي‌شود كه توجه به ابعاد انتقال فنّاوري به كار رفته در پروژه‌هاي سازمان، اندازه و نوع پروژه‌هاي سازمان، فشارهاي وارد به پروژه‌هاي سازمان و الزامات مديريت ريسك پروژه را در اولويت خود براي طراحي ساختار چنين سازماني قرار دهند.

Everybody admitted that in present stressful and competitive situation, using traditional forms of organizations are unforgivable mistake. Hence, regarding new organizational features is an important worry of researchers. So, the aim of this research is to design projectoriented organization model (as a newfound organizational features) based on organizational performance. The research is an applied research in terms of purpose and an exploratory study that strives to accomplish designing a model for the organization in case study (academic jihad of Fars Province) using mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative). Results indicated that the research final model including project management with five dimensions (necessities of knowledge, risk, processing, human resource, governance and leadership) and two moderator variables of organization's project nature and organization's project technology. Out of dimensions of project management, risk management necessities have the highest priority in forming projectoriented organization model. In addition, based on the factor loading of the final research model, it is suggested to manager that attention to the used technology transfer in organization's projects, size and type of organization's project, incoming pressures to organization's project and necessities of risk management of the project should be their priority in order to design these kinds of organization.
