بررسي جايگاه قدرت منطقه‌اي جمهوري اسلامي ايران براساس الگوي سوات(SWOT)

Reviewing the status of regional power Islamic Republic of Iran Based on the SWOT pattern

يك قدرت منطقه‌اي پايدار و ايفاي نقش فعال در اين محيط موجب اتخاذ تدابير و راهكارهايي است كه به قدرت نفوذ و اعتبار همه‌جانبه ملي، منطقه‌اي و بين‌المللي ايران كمك كند. در اين تحقيق با بهره‌گيري از روش كيفي و استفاده از الگوي سوات ضمن احصاي مؤلفه‌هاي عوامل دروني قوت، ضعف و همچنين شاخص‌هاي فرصت و تهديد به‌عنوان عوامل خارجي و تعيين رتبه‌بندي آنان، در نهايت جايگاه استراتژيك ايران در حالت رقابتي (ST) قرار گرفته است. در اين پژوهش با توجه به نتايج حاصله و در نظر گرفتن نقاط ضعف و فرصت‌ها؛ مشخص شد كه عواملي چون، تقويت اتحاد ملي، افزايش قدرت جامع ملي، توسعه متوازن توسعه علمي و انساني ماندگار و پايدار، مهيا سازي محيط منطقه‌اي و بين‌المللي براي دستيابي به توسعه از طريق چند جانبه گرايي، تقويت همگرايي و همكاري منطقه‌اي، گفتگو با بازيگران منطقه‌اي و بين‌المللي، برقراري روابط متوازن با قدرت‌هاي موجود و نوظهور و ارتقاي وجهه ملي ج.ا.ايران به‌عنوان يك كشور اسلامي برخوردار از توسعه همه‌جانبه؛ بايد مدنظر قرار گيرد.

Although currently the consolidation of Iran as a regional power than has been possible before but its stability and credibility with the challenges encountered. The advent of the Islamic Republic of Iran as a regional power and playing an active role in sustainable environmental measures adopted by virtue of the procedures and that is the power of influence and credibility of all international, regional and national of Iran. This research utilizes a qualitative method and use the pattern of Swat while the inner strengths, factors of the gained component of the weak as well as the opportunity and threat indicators external factors and determine their rankings, Irans strategic position in the competitive mode in the end (ST). In this progressive with regard to results and consider weaknesses and opportunities it became clear that strengthening national unity, increasing the power of the balanced development of a comprehensive national human development sustainable and lasting, and prepared the regional and international environment for building to achieve development through multilateral and regional cooperation, strengthening and convergence, dialogue with regional and international actors, establishing balanced relations with emerging and existing powers and prestige of national promotion Iran .
