عوامل موثر بر پذيرش مدارك پزشكي الكترونيكي در بيمارستان‌هاي آموزشي شيراز با استفاده از مدل پذيرش ‏فن‌آوري

Factors Affecting the Adoption of Electronic Medical Records in Teaching Hospitals in Shiraz, Iran, Based on the Technology Acceptance Model

مقدمه: براي موفقيت در اجراي سيستم‌هاي جديد اطلاعاتي در نظام سلامت به ويژه مدارك پزشكي الكترونيكي، شناخت عوامل موثر بر پذيرش آن از ديدگاه كاربران و به ويژه مديران امر مهمي محسوب مي‌گردد. هدف از انجام مطالعه حاضر، تعيين عوامل موثر بر پذيرش مدارك پزشكي الكترونيكي با استفاده از مدل پذيرش فن‌آوري بود. روش بررسي: اين پژوهش كاربردي و از نوع توصيفي- تحليلي بود كه در سال 1393 انجام گرفت. جامعه پژوهش را 235 نفر از مديران ارشد و مياني بيمارستان‌هاي آموزشي شيراز تشكيل دادند كه بدون نمونه‌گيري و به روش سرشماري انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه استاندارد مدل TAM (Technology acceptance model) جمع‌آوري گرديد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌هاي آماري رگرسيون، Independent t و ANOVA در نرم‌افزار SPSS و LISREL مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها: رابطه مثبت و مستقيمي بين نگرش به آساني با نگرش به استفاده وجود داشت (46/0 = r، 05/0 > P). همچنين، بين نگرش به سودمندي و نگرش به استفاده رابطه مثبت و مستقيمي مشاهده شد (42/0 = r، 05/0 > P). رابطه بين نگرش به استفاده و استفاده واقعي، مثبت و مستقيم بود (36/0 = r، 05/0 > P). نتيجه‌گيري: مي‌توان در ارزيابي‌ها و برنامه‌ريزي‌ها با در نظر گرفتن عوامل نگرش به سودمندي و آساني استفاده كه بر نگرش به استفاده موثر هستند، ميزان پذيرش سيستم مدارك پزشكي الكترونيكي در ميان مديران ارشد و مياني بيمارستاني را ارتقا داد. واژه هاي كليدي:مدارك پزشكي الكترونيكي؛ بيمارستان‌هاي آموزشي؛ مدل پذيرش فن‌آوري، دانشگاه علوم پزشكي شيراز

Abstract Introduction: To successfully implement new information systems in health care, especially electronic medical records, it is important to understand the factors that influence the adoption of these systems in the opinions of users, particularly managers. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the factors affecting the adoption of electronic medical records using the technology acceptance model (TAM). Methods: This descriptive-analytical survey was conducted in 2015. The study population consisted of 235 top and middle managers of teaching hospitals in Shiraz, Iran. The subjects were selected through census method without the use of sampling. Data were collected using the standard TAM questionnaire and analyzed in SPSS and LISREL software using regression analysis, independent t-test, and ANOVA. Results: The findings of this study showed a positive direct relationship between perceived ease of use and attitude of the users (r = 0.46) (P < 0.05). There was also a positive, direct relationship between perceived usefulness and attitude toward use (r = 0.42) (P < 0.05). In addition, there was a positive, direct relationship between attitude toward use and actual use (r = 0.36) (P < 0.03). Conclusion: In evaluations and plans, through the consideration of factors of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, which affect the attitude toward use, the adoption of the electronic medical records system among top and middle managers in hospitals can be improved.
