چكيده فارسي :
امروزه استفاده از مصالح بازيافتي در صنعت در حال افزايش ميباشد. نمونهاي از آن توليد بتن سبز و سازگار با محيط زيست است. تاكنون تحقيقات گوناگوني در دنيا در مورد استفاده از خرده بتنهاي ناشي از تخريب سازه هاي بتني به عنوان سنگدانه در بتن انجام شده است. با بررسي انجام شده مشخص گرديد علاوه بر بتن، مواد ديگري همچون خرده آجر، خرده سراميك خرده سنگهاي ساختماني و ديگر مواد در نخاله هاي ساختماني كشور وجود دارد. تحقيق كنوني به بررسي استفاده از مصالح بازيافتي ناشي از نخالههاي ساختماني به عنوان سنگدانه در بتن پرداخته است. جهت تقويت اين نوع بتن و بتن معمولي از الياف فلزي بازيافتي از لاستيك خودروهاي فرسوده استفاده شده است. نمونههاي بتني با درصدهاي مختلف الياف و سنگدانههاي بازيافتي ساخته شده و تحت آزمونهاي مقاومت فشاري، مقاومت كششي، مقاومت خمشي وطاقت خمشي قرار گرفتند. نتايج آزمونها نشان داد كه استفاده از اين نوع بتن اليافي به عنوان بتن سازهاي قابل قبول ميباشد. در بررسي نقش الياف فلزي بازيافتي و سنگدانههاي بازيافتي در طراحي ضخامت دال روسازي بتني از تئوري خطوط تسليم استفاده شد. نتايج حاكي از آن است كه افزودن الياف فلزي بازيافتي به بتن باعث كاهش تقريبي ضخامت دال به ميزان %20 ميگردد.
چكيده لاتين :
Nowadays the use of recycled materials in the industry is increasing. An exle of this is production of environmentally friendly green concrete. So far, various studies regarding the use of concrete debris from demolished concrete as aggregate in concrete have been utilized. The study showed that in addition of crushed concrete, brick and other materials such as, small ceramic rubble and other debris are present. The current study investigates the use of recycled materials resulting from construction debris as aggregate in concrete. Steel fibers recycled from old car tires are used to reinforce concrete and ordinary concrete. Sles with different percentages of recycled fibers and aggregates were made and tests such as compressive strength, tensile strength, flexural bending strength were adopted. Test results showed that the use of this type of fiber concrete as a structural concrete is acceptable. Yield line theory was used to investigate the role of steel recycled fiber and recycled aggregate concrete in slab design thickness. The design method showed that the addition of steel recycled fibers in the concrete reduces the thickness of slabs approximately by 20%.
