استفاده از فنّاوري چاپگرهاي سه بُعدي در بهبود كيفيت آموزش درس نقشه كشي صنعتي

Using 3D printing technology to improve the quality of teaching an engineering drawing course

از ظهور فنّاوري چاپگرهاي سه بُعدي نزديك به دو دهه مي گذرد. اما در اين زمان محدود، پيشرفتهاي شگرفي در چرخه توليد محصول رخ داده است. به طوري كه، در بسياري از مراكز صنعتي بزرگ از قبيل صنايع خودروسازي، تجهيزات پزشكي، صنايع نظامي و غيرمجاز اين فنّاوري استفاده مي كنند. اصطلاحاً به اين گروه از فنّاوريها «نمونه سازي سريع» گفته مي شود. همانطور كه مي دانيم ساخت مدل به روش سنتي مثل استفاده از دستگاههاي فرز و تراش فرايندي بسيار وقت گير، مشكل و هزينه بر است. درحالي كه به كمك اين فنّاوري مي توان يك نمونه را به صورت لايه لايه مستقيماً از روي فايل مدل سه بُعدي آن، كه توسط يكي از نرم افزارهاي كه تهيه شده است، ساخت. يكي ديگر از كاربردهاي مهم اين فنّاوري، استفاده از آن در مباحث آموزشي و تحقيقاتي است كه از ديد دانشگاههاي برتر دنيا مخفي نمانده است. بيشتر دانشجويان مهندسي در درس نقشه كشي صنعتي با مباحثي همچون تجسم فضاي سه بُعدي و مجهول يابي تصوير سوم با مشكل رو به رو هستند، لذا نويسنده اين نوشتار مدلهاي فيزيكي تمرينها را به كمك چاپگر سه بُعدي مي سازد و در كلاس در اختيار دانشجويان قرار مي دهد. باتوجه به نظرسنجي و آزمونهاي گرفته شده بر روي تعدادي از دانشجويان مرد، كه در درس نقشه كشي صنعتي ثبت نام كرده بودند. مشخص شد كه بسياري از آنها نسبت به استفاده از مدلهاي

Although 3D printing is only two decades old, dramatic improvements have occurred in the production cycle. At the present time many big industrial centers, such as the automotive industry, medical equipment industry, military industries, as well as many others use this technology. This group of technologies is called rapid prototyping. Conventionally, model building with traditional methods such as the milling and turning process is very time-consuming, difficult, and expensive. With the help of this new technology a model can be directly made and laminated from a 3D model that has been developed by CAD software. Another important application of this technology is its use in educational and research areas. Engineering students are facing more and more with problems such as 3D spatial visualization. Therefore, the researcher built 3D physical models with the help of a 3D printer and gave them to students to use in class. According to surveys and tests taken on a number of male students enrolled in engineering drawing, it was found that most had a positive attitude towards the use of physical three-dimensional models and test results show improvement in the quality of the educational process.
