تحليل الگوي گسترش كالبدي و فضايي با استفاده از مدل هلدرن مورد شناسي: شهر گناباد

شهرها طي حيات خود بر اثر عوامل مختلف تغيير شكل و گسترش مي‌يابند؛ ‌اما شهر خوب شهريست كه كالبد شهر، نيازهاي ساكنان را با توجه به تغييرات زمان تامين كند. گسترش بي‌رويه اراضي شهري از مهمترين مسايل و معـضلات بـراي مـديران و برنامـه‌ريـزان شهرها در سطوح گوناگون است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسي و شناخت عوامل موثر در پيدايش و شكل‌گيري ساختار فضايي و كالبدي شهر گناباد است‌. روش پژوهش توصيفي - تحليلي است و از مدل كمّي (هلدرن) ابزارGIS ، استفاده از شاخص‌هاي كالبدي، اقتصادي و جمعيتي در تبيين هدف فوق استفاده شده است. نتايج اوليه تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه الگوي رشد شهر از شرق به غرب شكل گرفته است. تحولات جمعيت شهر گناباد در دوره‌هاي مختلف هر‌چند تحت تاثير عوامل مختلف دچار افزايش و يا كاهش بوده، با وجود اين نرخ رشد جمعيت اين شهر در حال حاضر از ميانگين نرخ رشد جمعيت شهري استان و كشور بيشتر بوده و نمايانگر وجود زمينه‌هاي رشد جمعيت در اين شهر است. همچنين بر اساس محاسبات مدل هلدرن، حدود 49 درصد رشد شهر گناباد بر اثر رشد بي‌قواره و اسپرال شهر و حدود 51 درصد مابقي توسعه شهر ناشي از رشد جمعيت شهر بوده است.

The cities, during their life will change and develop due to different factors, but a good city is a city which its physic provides the requirements of its residents with respect to the time changes. Uncontrolled expansion and development of urban areas is the major issues and challenges for urban planners and managers at various levels. The objective of the present study is to examine the factors influencing on the emergence and formation of the spatial and physical Structure of Ghonabad city. The research method is descriptive – analytical one. And the quantitative model (Holdern), GIS tools, using indicators of physical, economic and demographic explanation have been used for the above purpose. Preliminary results show that the growth pattern of the city is formed from East to West. Ghonabad population changes in different periods, although several factors have influenced on the increase or decrease, Nevertheless, the cityʹs population growth rate was higher than the average growth rate of urbanpopulation of the province and the country and is the indicative of areas of population growth in the city. Also according to calculations model of Holdern, 49% of Ghonabad growth has been due to the uncontrolled and sprawl growth of the city and the remaining 51 % of the cityʹs population growth is due to the growth of the urban population.
