بررسي اثربخشي بازي‌درماني گروهي بر مهارت‌هاي اجتماعي كودكان پيش‌دبستاني آسيب‌ديده شنوايي

The Efficacy of Group Play Therapy on the Social Skills of Pre-School Hearing-impaired Children

  هدف: پژوهش حاضر به‌منظور بررسی اثربخشی بازی‌درمانی گروهی بر مهارت‌های اجتماعی كودكان پيش‌دبستانی آسيب‌ديده شنوايی انجام شد.   روش بررسی‌: اين پژوهش، يك مطالعه شبه‌آزمايشی با طرح پيش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون و گروه شاهد بود. در اين پژوهش 30 پسر آسيب‌ديده شنوايی كه به روش نمونه‌گيری دردسترس از مراكز پيش‌دبستانی شهرستان ورامين و قرچك انتخاب شده بودند، شركت داشتند. آزمودنی‌ها به‌صورت تصادفی به دو گروه 15 نفری آزمايش و شاهد تقسيم شدند. گروه آزمايش، بازی‌درمانی گروهی را در 12 جلسه دريافت كردند، درحالی‌كه به گروه شاهد اين آموزش ارائه نشد. ابزارهای استفاده‌شده در اين پژوهش آزمون ماتريس‌های پيشرونده‌ ريون رنگی و مقياس درجه‌بندی مهارت‌های اجتماعی بود. اطلاعات جمع‌آوری‌شده با استفاده از تحليل كوواريانس چندمتغيری تحليل شد.   يافته‌ها: نتايج تحليل كوواريانس چندمتغيری نشان داد كه بازی‌درمانی گروهی اثر معناداری بر مهارت‌های اجتماعی كودكان آسيب‌ديده شنوايی داشت (P<0.001). همچنين نتايج بيانگر اثر مثبت و معنادار بازی‌درمانی گروهی بر همه خرده‌مقياس‌های مهارت اجتماعی (مشاركت، ابراز وجود و مهار خود) در اين كودكان بود (P<0.001).نتيجه‌گيری: بازی‌درمانی گروهی می‌تواند مهارت‌های اجتماعی كودكان آسيب‌ديده شنوايی را بهبود بخشد؛ بنابراين، برنامه‌ريزی برای بازی‌‌درمانی به كودكان آسيب‌ديده شنوايی اهميت ويژه‌ای دارد.

  Objective: The purpose of the present study was to investigate of the efficacy of group play therapy on the social skills of pre-school hearing-impaired children.   Materials & Methods: The present research was a semi-experimental study with pre-test, post-test design and control group. The participants were 30 male hearing-impaired children from pre-schools centers in Varamin and Gharchak provinces using an available method. Subjects were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, each group consisting of 15 children. The experimental group received 12 sessions of group play therapy and the control group did not. The instruments were done using the Raven coloure progressive matrices test and social skills rating scale. The data were recorded and statistically analyzed using MANCOVA.   Results: The results of MANCOVA showed that group play therapy had a significant effect on the social skills of hearing-impaired children (p<0.001). The results also revealed that group play therapy had a positive and significant effect on all subscales of social skills in these children: cooperation, self-assertiveness and self-control (p<0.001).   Conclusion: Group play therapy can improve the social skills of hearing-impaired children. It is recommended that planning play therapy for hearing-impaired children receives serious attention .
