تحليلي بر لزوم ارايه دروس مكمل از علوم اجتماعي و انساني براي دانشجويان و دانش آموختگان رشته مهندسي برق

Analyzing the necessity of providing complementary courses of humanities and social sciences to electrical engineering students

در اين تحقيق نظرات استادان و شاغلان صنعت برق درباره اهميت ارايه برخي دروس مربوط به حوزه حقوق، مديريت، ارتباطات و حسابداري براي دانشجويان رشته مهندسي برق بررسي شده است. اين تحقيق از نظر هدف تحقيقي كاربردي و از نظر روش تحقيقي توصيفي ـ پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري استادان رشته برق دانشگاه شيراز و شاغلان صنعت برق در شركت برق منطقه اي استان فارس است. نمونه براي جامعه آماري تمام استادان به روش سرشماري و براي شاغلان به ميزان 69 نفر به دست آمده است. براي جمع آوري داده ها از ابزار پرسش نامه استفاده شد كه روايي آن به روش ظاهري ـ محتوايي و پايايي آن به دو روش آلفاي كرونباخ و روش دونيم كردن تاييد شد. در تحليل داده ها نيز از آزمونهاي كولوموگروف ـ اسميرنوف، دوجمله اي، آزمون T و فريدمن استفاده شده است. يافته هاي آماري نشان مي دهد از نظر استادان دروس مرتبط با حسابداري و نامه نگاري اداري از اهميت متوسطي برخوردار بوده و ساير دروس از جمله گزارش دهي فني، حقوق، روابط با كارفرما، مديريت، مالكيت معنوي، محيط زيست و انرژي از اهميت بالايي برخوردار است. اين در حالي است كه از نظر شاغلان در صنعت، دروس حقوقي و حسابداري اهميتي متوسط و ساير دروس اهميتي بالا دارند. يافته ديگر آن است كه درباره دروس حقوقي و مالكيت معنوي، نظرات استادان و شاغلان متفاوت است و استادان اهميت بالاتري براي اين دروس قايل شده اند.

This study probed into the opinions of teachers and electrical engineers (working at electric industry) on the importance of providing some courses of law, administration, communications and accounting for electrical engineering students. This applied study fell into the category of descriptive/survey research. Statistical population consisted of all teachers of Electrical Engineering Faculty at Shiraz University and all electrical engineers of Fars Regional Electric Company. Sixty-nine engineers are selected as a sample while all teachers (16 teachers) answered the questions. To collect the data, a questionnaire is designed and distributed. Questionnaire validity is tested by face/content approach while its reliability is confirmed by Cronbachʹs alpha and split-half methods. To analyze the data, some methods including Kolmogorov/Smirnov, binomial, t-test and Friedman are performed. Findings showed that from the viewpoint of teachers, accounting, correspondence courses are of moderate importance, and other courses including technical reporting, law, employer relations, management, intellectual property, environment and energy are very important. Despite this fact, electrical engineers believed that legal and accounting courses are less important than other courses. Furthermore, teachers opposite to electrical engineers, put the legal and intellectual property courses in a higher level of importance.
